Free or not, the online multiplayer was was a laggy, unstable piece of shit... And Sony fanboys drink this koolaid every gen about there being a graphical difference, when there is NONE...


I'll give you the exclusive argument, and M$ did cut corners on certain aspects of the hardware in the beginning (inferior cooling system, no built in WiFi for the first few years, no Blu-Ray, etc..) I'm not delusional..

But even tho I had a PS3 for a few games ( MGS5, Heavy Rain, Uncharted, to name a few..), I still spent more time on 360 because of the better online service, superior controller for FPS, early DLC, better UI, and the hackability of it...

hey im a fan of both sony and xbox an i will agree with rick spanish on this one.the online was clearly better,the voice chat won alot of people over.there exclusives was ok but there games was short as hell..my thing is everyone talking about the xbox one an there kinect an nothing about sony an there camera lol..i love my xbox one alot its the future system period.my ps4 is sitting collecting dust an if someone ask to play with them damn robots one more time im gonna break this shit.yea the robots are cool for like 10 min but its to kiddie for me.i never have to do anything with the xbox one cause everything is voice...EVERYTHING!!! so its like this $499 gets you alot $399 plus the cam only gets you robots with a $40 difference between the two.that $40 gets you awhole lot more an then some..

You guys tried the smartglass app yet? Does it do anything special besides act as a remote? Seems pretty cool, but I am not sure how useful it will be in the long run.

• Turn off Kinect mic in muliplayer by default. Users are unaware that the kinect microphone is on while joining games and are transmitting private conversations / activities. Atleast provide an option during the Xbox setup screens.

Kinect Suggestions

• Less specific on Kinect phrases "Play Forza" or "Resume Forza". In the event there was two games sounding similar you could just first check to see which one the user owns, then secondly just show a prompt - "Did you mean Forza 5 or Forza 6?" ^[1] ^[2]
• Ability to disable gestures ^[1]
• Speech learning to improve accuracy ^[1]
• IR blaster features for home theatre controls ^[1]

COD runs at 1080p on both consoles.


The Frame rate has been said to be more consistent on XB1..

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition confirmed for Xbox One, PS4

As an ad on Spike's VGX site suggested earlier today, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is scheduled for a shipwreck on the PS4 and Xbox One in January 28. The Definitive Edition will include improved visuals, including TressFX, and all of the previously released multiplayer DLC. It will not support 3D visuals like the PC version. Definitive Edition is a collaborative effort between Crystal Dynamics, Nixxes and United Front Games. It's also already available for pre-order on Amazon.

Ports of this year's Tomb Raider reboot were hinted at last month when Xbox One and PS4 versions were listed on Brazil's rating board. At that time, Amazon Italy also briefly hosted a PS4 listing for the Definitive Edition.
