I like Johnny but if you watched all his games you will know his stats are inflated because of the offense they run. FSU is running a traditional balanced offense , in TXam offense Johnny is running or throwing the ball 85% of the time. Stats aren't everything you have to watch the games to actually know

Not to mention that Florida State is killing opponents to the point that Winston isn't getting any PT past the 3rd quarter, while Manziel is putting up most of his numbers in the second half.

4TH Quarters Played per Heisman candidate through 9 games....

Source: Athlon Sports

McCarron - 7

Manziel - 6

Winston - 5

Mariota - 4

Petty - 3

And by the way, Texas A&M has one of the worst defenses in CFB, its not Manziel's fault that they can't stop anyone.
That's the only reason why he plays in the second half.
If he had a serviceable defense at best, he'd never play past the 3rd.

But that helps him pad his stats. His team is always behind so he has to play the gunslinger and pass the ball all game to keep pace. That helps his cause not hurt it.

I just want to let yall know ole Famous Jameis is going down this week!

How can you pad stats when all of the games are close?

Florida State is at worst a one loss team without Winston because they're talented at every position.
Texas A&M easily would have 5 losses without Manziel with their schedule and conference.
That should tell you who the most valuable candidate is.

I am with you - Winston is the better NFL prospect, Manziel is currently the better college football player. However, he is not a better heisman candidate. Heisman looks at your actions on and off the field. They consider it a fraternity and perceived character matters. Thus, Maniziel is probably not gonna win due to his numerous fuck ups this summer.

It's Winston and it's not close dude

:lol::lol:

you're in here arguing a dude with 2 losses versus a dude with 0 loses.

a dude when faced with the toughest competition led his team to annihilate the competition.. as a freshman?

the one who's team is poised to be in the national championship after losing how many draft picks?

dude case keenum put up the yards and td's that manziel put up. he didn't put up the rushing because he had a bum knee.. how you think sumlin got the a&m job.

manuel is good, but he ain't do THIS with this team last year did he?

RG3 won the Heisman in 2011 with 3 losses.
Tebow won in 2007 with 3 losses.
What's your point?

Manziel's toughest game was against Alabama and amassed 558 yards total offense and 5 TDs.
Alabama has only given up 2 maybe 3 TDs since then.
Winston's toughest opponent was Clemson with only 444 total yards and 3 TDs.

Florida State doesn't rebuild, they reload.

Keenum's passing number were better than Manziel's.
Sumlin got the job because he's a great coach.

This years FSU team is WAY more talented.

13th round - he isn't winning the heisman again man..lol. Unless these cats implode, this ninja embarrassed the award. Doesn't mean he isn't the MVP. He probably is.

He isn't, however, the best college QB. Period.
