Total letdown. Im trying to like it but its just something missing. They couldve went in so many directions with this show. But they chose to go in the direction that sucks.
They need to reboot every season.

The problem with the show is that they have self-contained episodes instead of one continuing story arc.

everything that we said has come to pass as far as the story arc. the series would simply work better if you pick 1 enemy, and it takes all season to destroy/end him/her
you get to go in depth about things, you get to develop characters in various situations, you get to have cliffhangers you get to do so many things..
40 minute wrap ups just aren't interesting. I liked this episode better than the 1st but it doesn't seem to be working towards anything so that's a problem, it becomes a situation where if i Miss one then so what? it has no relevance.. as opposed to missing an episode of breaking bad, or thrones, or shit even the bridge and if you miss one you're ass out lost on the season and series potentially.. every episode counts.
Nick Fury, I'm glad he came and made an appearance hopefully it won't be his last. the team is too rag-tag for my taste, try to hard to be tween's they'll have to grow i guess..

I really think if this was the direction they were going in...

But it is VERY similar in tone to the Avengers film so...
I just don't know how to judge this.
It just isn't holding my interest.

a family style Marvel show isn't a BAD idea I just assumed it would be FF or Power Pack.

Sam Jackson was the best part of the episode. So far, I'm not sold. It has potential to be good/great, but these characters are bland and annoying right now. I'll keep fucking with it a few more episodes to see how things play out. I will be interesting to see how things tie in to the movies tho.

im almost positive the german made device will be worked into the thor movie. its coming together, albeit at a tylenol pm pace.
