The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

Is the Defense going to take their turn or are they just going to show that weak ass animation?

They get their turn, and after the prosecution gets a rebuttal...

What's the story behind this?

I have been watching this trial and the commentary on HLN....Frank Tally is George Zimmermans buddy and he is always on the different panels to be a George Supporter.

I usually don't care for Nancy Grace but she has been on the Zimmerman killed that young biy since the start..

So when his buddy starts she gets at him hard.

I hate that Frank Taffe dude, and wish someone will end his existence for real

That last part of the hanitty interview when he was asked, if you get the chance will you do it again? He said YES! is SHOCKING and makes a HUGE difference on his real character, whether the jury will see it that way is another story.

Yeah but tbey will show that weak ass animation and keep quoting John Good trying to say the Zimmerman was reasonabl;y in fear of death or serious bodily injury so they can justify shooting Trayvon..

And that animation is nothing but a digital version of Georges story.

ANd don't forget the State gets rebuttal after the defense closes.

Did you see how hard the defense was arguing for the judg to instruct the jury that follwoing somebody isn't against that law....?

In that same interview, he said "It was all God's plan" :smh:

It will be God's Plan that he gets convicted, and sent to jail!!!

He missed Trayvon circling his car timeline i was hoping he mentioned it but he didnt. Experts are saying that BDL is not going a good job:smh::smh::smh::smh:

He did mention the car circling earlier.

How the fuck is this not a good job, laying out the facts and shit

The Hannity interview wehn he said he didn't know anything about stand your ground ? Then we find out he took and got an A in a criminal justice class that taught Stand Your Ground ......

That mofokr killed that boy and then used his connection to the police and neighborhood watch along with his criminal justice background to invent a story to justify murder

I told my girl that the other day. the news stations are covering this like espn covers a sporting event. this shit is shameful.

He missed Trayvon circling his car timeline i was hoping he mentioned it but he didnt. Experts are saying that BDL is not going a good job:smh::smh::smh::smh:

Fortunately the jury isn't full of these experts. I think the experts are over critical at times.

All the prosecution has to prove is:

Mal intent.

And disprove self defense.

Even if they miss some things, the KEY shit is being argued.

You don't need the BEST or perfect prosecution case, just good enough blow holes in the major testimony and evidence.

I thought the animation was ruled out completely.

I thought the animation was ruled out completely.

nah.....it was ruled out in trial but they could use it in closing..

in trial it would have been entered into evidence and you know how some people are when they see something like video or animation they think its real...but in closing it isn't evidence it is just a prop

ONLY as evidence, but permitted in closing as an alternate theory.

From the little part I saw of the animation, the story is tilted "STRONGLY" towards Zimmerman's story.

First thing they show is Trayvon approach Zimmerman, and punch him :smh::rolleyes:

Old George thought he was slick doing all those interviews so he could get his side out without getting on the stand and being cross examined..

But the State is using his words from those interviews to shoot holes in his story

Because the animation is based on the only person alive in the confrontation, is that simple.

Titled ? It was done according to Zimmerman and the defense teams story...

It is totally coming from the defense side of things.

The dude that made it only used information that the defense agreed with

and you are right..it shows Trayvon and an attacker

SO on Hannity he wasn't following Trayvon he was just going in the same direction to keep and eye on him so he could tell the police

But

I thought he wasn't following him he was looking for a street sign in a neighborhood that he lives in and is neighborhood watch because he didn't know where he was ..

Not to mention the calls his Dad placed in his favor. Lisa Bloom keeps asking for a State's version of the story & how the wounds got there, but I tend to believe either his MMA buddy Wood or the Police gave him those injuries. Imagine how crazy the state would look making up some kinda alternate theory of how he got those wounds.

I'm hoping the other prosecutor Guy who did the dummy demo does the rebuttal, he's more forceful...he & BDL make a team personality wise.

the justice for Trayvon had a chance, but the prosecution team was/is weak.

the jury will have an easy deliberation with this one.

Nobody has ever denied that they fought.....and they have tried to overstate his injuries...Dude had two fuckin scratches on his head......and a bloody nose that they tesitifed wasn't even swollen 4 hours after the photo was taken.

So Lisa Bloom is trying to do what they defense has done and that is to draw attention on some side shit.

Remember Trayvon was the one in fear and had a right to defend himself.

Even Zimmerman said that when he reached for his phone Trayvon punched him..

Was it his phone or his gun ?

Trayvon was fighting for his life

Tell Lisa to explain how George git his gun out if Trayvon was straddling his chest

It's not funny it could sway the jury!! It makes trayvon the aggressor

Right but it doesn't explain how they say the fight started at the T in the sidewalk with Trayvon attacking George.

But his body was 40 feet from there .....

oh yeah they put an arrow poinbting thataway

Motherfuckers want it to be one way and pretend that Trayvon started the fight and all, and like he was not fighting for his life :smh:
