The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

No bruh, every young black person under 20 is slow with a bad attitude. How dear you demand more from our youth. You need to fall back bruh. :smh:

I know, I'm a coon because I know plenty of brothas & sistas at her age or younger with more composure and better attitudes.

But seriously, you know the defense is just licking their chops for Ms. Jeantel to return. She might hold up but she definitely does the prosecution no more good coming back.

btw, I'm sorry but this trial is gettin' kinda MILFy.

For all of that talk about Jeantel, I think people are sleeping on how powerful this Spanish chick testimony is.

Basically, after the gunshot, Zimmerman was pacing (uninjured) with a hand on his head and one on his hip and Trayvon was on the ground dead face down :smh::smh::angry:

Werd? So that lends the question WHO turned Treyvon over?

The same people who thought it was fitting for Zimmerman to go home that night as Trayvon's body was to sit in the morgue for the next few days .

Correct sir

Now will the state prove an obvious coverup?

This will boad well for the Martins civil suit against the city of Sanford and its PD

I have a question? At what point did Zimmerman cock his gun back and put a bullet in the chamber? I mean who drives around a with a fully loaded gun (bullet in the chamber) with the safety off?

Did he cock it back when he left the house? Did he cock it back when he saw Treyvon? Did he cock it back when he got out of the car? I think they need to ask that question when they get him up there if they get him up there.

Why would he cock it back? If you have legal permits to carry concealed then there is always 1 bullet in the chamber no need to cock the slide back

I don't cock my gun back and put one in the chamber unless I'm going to use it. Then take the safety off? The gun could go off by accident.

???????

I keep a round in the chamber always. If I have to draw and then put a round in the chamber what if the threat has a gun?

I don't keep my gun like that. Again, it's a good question. When did he get his gun fire ready? In the morning when he got up? 3 weeks earlier? Right before he saw Trayvon.

Who's giving the white dude (attorney) a pass exactly? He's doing his job! lol He knows she can possibly crack, he knows having her look bad can sway people to the defense. That's elementary bruh. But my 8 year old niece and 15 y/o nephew has more composure than her. It's obvious this Jeantel brawd's got an attitude and obviously the defense wants to use that in their favor.

Plus I ain't even concerned with the way she articulates, it's specifically what she is saying and her body language and overall immaturity. Believe or not, there are plenty of 19 year old (and younger) brothas & sistas that know how to act in a courtroom bruh.

that's really great that you have a young niece and nephew that understand court etiquette. so do i, but at the same time i recognize that everyone is not fortunate to have the same type of upbringing that those in my family have had.

the point i'm making is that her attitude can stem from things that dont have anything to do with her being a "hoodrat", "bird", "hateful", or "selfish". she didnt want to be in the spotlight. she knows that she's going to have to deal with this for the rest of her life and thats what she's been dreading. she's probably self conscious enough to know that regardless of what she did that she would hear all kinds of fucked up comments from people on her twitter, facebook and in person. not to mention that her good friend is dead and the guilt and pain she still feels from that. the entire situation is fucked up for her. and that's fine if the defense wants to use her "attitude" to help their case, but i dont think it helped them as much as you think it did. ive seen quite a few in the media saying he came off as an asshole. and if they're saying that, its a good chance the jury sees it too. remember, this is the same dude that started a murder trial with a fucking knock-knock joke that no one in the jury or courtroom found to be funny. aint no guarantees, bruh.

i no what ubasking d. i wanna no if he owned the gun when he made those earlier calls

I was talking to a officer at my work the other day (he also does gun safety classes) and he said it's never a good idea to walk around with a bullet chambered and the safety off. The gun could go off and hit an unintended target. Just the other day at a gun show (I think it was here in Houston) people were injured by the same thing.

So again, I'm wondering does he usually travel like that? Or did he ready it when he saw Trayvon.

What would that question reveal to the jury?..

By readying his gun was he looking to kill, or defend himself if necessary?.. How does him readying his gun prove one more than the other?..

It shows he was planning and anticipating a confrontation from the get and was prepared to kill.

Prepared to kill or defend himself from a perceived threat that may have been armed as well?..

A walk down that line is a waste of time for the Prosecution..

YES SIR

Prepared to kill or defend himself from a perceived threat that may have been armed as well?..

Sorry for intruding in on this conversation but as soon as Zimmerman left his vehicle with his gun loaded his intent was clear especially because he was not in any threat until he left his vehicle in pursue of Martin.

Zimmerman intent was to use deadly force.

I cannot wait for them to get Zimmerman on the stand for this.

With the intent to use deadly force "if necessary".. The same can be said for anyone that has a concealed carry permit, and carries..

Him leaving his vehicle wasn't a crime, nor was him carrying a loaded weapon.. Neither of these actions are proof of anything.

We can speculate all day about what he intended, but at the end of the day it's about what you can prove his intentions were, and he did a good job covering his ass with that 911 call and those bullshit injuries..

Nancy Grace just asked the question I asked and had Zimmerman's buddy dumb founded.

Bruh I carry an airweight .442 and it has no safety and a long heavy trigger pull.....

the long pull is the "safety" of the gun

I agree. As soon as a burglars and hustlers know that he's/she's being watched from a distance, they will stand down normally. Unless they're on some "smash n grab" type mission. No one committing crimes want witnesses. All GZ had to do at most was let his presence be known if he thought the neighborhood was being targeted. Not many want any obstructions or complications to the dirt they're doing, they want to remain in the dark and to remain unseen.

I'm reading...and it seems like their is a lot more going on here.
Although at the moment I am more upset that this 19 year old girl can't read cursive handwriting.

Nancy Grace just asked the question I asked and had Zimmerman's buddy dumb founded.

Dumbfounded?.. That racist CAC had a response for everything..

Why was Zimmerman carrying a weapon to Target?

CAC: I've seen grandma's carrying in Publix

Why was Zimmerman carrying a gun with the safety off?

CAC: The gun has 2 safeties. One by the trigger, and the default. George only had one of those safeties off...

They're locking that end of their story up tight, bruh. That's why it's better to focus on who was the aggressor and who confronted who with these key witnesses, rather than mahy-noot details that really lead nowhere..
