When does it become her fault?
Why is this chick is on twitter talking about getting high, and her nails?

So it's like when people say he/she is acting white?
dog, in any circumstance, first impressions are most important.
either rachel is behaving ratchetly by counsel, or by nature, that shit must be curtailed.
regardless, if one or one trillion motherfuckers are watching you, you should display your best facade.
no if, and, buts or maybes about it.
I keep seeing folks on FB and other social media making excuses for her poor communication skills. But everyone seems to at a loss to explain her attitude and dismissive demeanor on the stand. Badgering or not, I'm sure her attorneys warned her that this would be one of the many tactics used against her. My question is, why would she still act in a manner that could prejudice the jury against the prosecution's case? Whether she is consistently telling the truth or not, the jury's perception will decide this case, not her answering the same question repeatedly.

Yeah, but Paula Deen can say "I is what I is" and everything is just peachy, no judgement.
wooooow what kinda of question is that..
she actually handled that race question pretty well
No she didn't, not at all. Now Trayvon is looking like some black kid that hated white people, which implies Zimmerman was an enemy and gives a motive for Tray attacking him. She's a bird, and she's not making Martin look good. Hopefully we can count on some other witnesses to erase all this bitches mishaps and Zimmerman fucking up.
She could've said, no it's not typical language or even that they use the term when dealing with racist whites or something like that, but saying it's typical language they use will not help. I don't even believe it's a word they normally use, black folks don't use the word cracka that frequently (outside of here were we use 'CAC' like crazy). Usually we just say whiteboy or whatnot so I think she was just getting frustrated again.
hopefully she doesn't use any social media accounts in the meantime

Exactly.. what she could've said was that Trayvon used the words nigga and cracka to describe what he thought was a white man following him that night

She does not have the mental acumen to do this. At the end, West used her contempt and distain that she showed him against her with a basic quest. "Did Trayvon use the word cracka?" Her response after just saying to the prosecutor that he called him a creepy ass cracka was, "I don't recall."![]()
"Can I use my phone?"..........wow
no his point was to ask her about "creepy cracker"... she said they use cracker, but he used creepy cracker THAT night cause dude was following him.Exactly.. what she could've said was that Trayvon used the words nigga and cracka to describe what he thought was a white man following him that night
i think she asked that because the judge told her not to talk to anyone Phone internet or other wise...she's 19 her whole life is her phone so she asked could she use it now"Can I use my phone?"..........wow

the fuck??? are you fucking serious?? dude...
unfortunately, not all people are well spoken. it doesn't make them bad people and it doesn't mean they're not intelligent. it means they're not articulate or well learned.
her close friend was fucking murdered and she was the last person to talk to him. she's fucking traumatized bruh. its no surprise that she didnt want to have to put herself and her life on public display. but she did it. she did it for trayvon and for his parents. so apparently she's not selfish at all.
lastly, she's not used to this kind of situation. everyone's not built for it. and now she's got to be on national tv with a fucking cracka talking down to her. of course she's got an attitude! its very understandable.
dray...you and the rest of these big head ass niggas that cosigned this shit are way the fuck out of line, dude. its not cool to be looking down on this girl when she's doing what she's supposed to do. she made the right decisions and put herself out there even when it was uncomfortable for her to do so. you cats sound just as bad as these fucking crackas out here. shits not cool.
That's not what she said though, she paused for about 5 seconds and said "no comment" when asked if Trayvon used the term all the time like the rest of the people in her community. That's not good for the case, it might not stick in the long run, but right now...that's not good.
Explain bad her attitude?
Explain her refusal to help the mother who was attitudesing for help?
You going on about looks in front of white people and I'm going on to her unwillingness to help this family that had to watch pictures of their butchered baby the day before.
19 about to be 20 is not a child. She's swaying the jury with her shitty attitude.
