~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - The Miami Heat wins!

~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

:lol::lol::lol:

This isn't the NFL. This is basketball. A different team every year isn't holding up the chip or a team no expected is holding the chip or a team that gets hot at the right moment is holding it.

This is the NBA Parity doesn't exist. Miami will win this year and next yr. And god help the NBA if all three of these guys opt out again next yr and Riley gets to rebuild the Heat in a great free agency pool.

Many people picked the Spurs to win this year, bruh. I know you a Heat fan when the Nets ain't around but c'mon.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Ok, sooooo...

...you're telling me that you didn't see how EASILY the Spurs could've been champs last night?

All those things you mentioned don't mean a thing if a few things that happened, didn't happen. Nothing that happened last night was a guarantee.

Game 4?

C'mon, fam.

That's crazy talk. The Spurs were up 3-2, and had a DAMN good chance at winning last night.

Yea after game 4 I said the series over and your right I did see how easily the Spurs could have been champs but I saw the mentally tougher team prevail and saw a team with the lead and seconds to go miss free throws while Lebron and Jesus made clutch shots

Shoulda coulda woulda. You either do or die. Spurs didn't do and now their dead.

As I said before I didn't see the Spurs losing a game they only needed to hit free throws seal it but here we are.

Like the Nets. Nets had a 14 point lead with 2 mintues to go and lost. The mentally tougher bulls won.

Most of the Spurs young players don't even know what a game 7 atmosphere looks like while Miami has been doing this for two years.

Series is done

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

I just wanted to say that I see why people say the Miami Heat fans are not true fans. When they showed people leaving the arena before the game was over I was embarrassed.

I've been saying this since day 1. Most of these cats just follow the narrative set my the league and the media.

You niggas sound like fuckin fools

Of course melo Is the better "offensive" player that's it..

Lebron is more complete he does everything

It's like playing super Mario bros on Super Nintendo.

The princess jumped could float but was weak
The mushroom kid was strong but couldn't jump
Luigi jumped high but ran slow
Mario was more complete in everything he did

Good theory. The only thing messing you guys up is the 28pts per game avg. Hey but y'all never let facts get in the way before.

Many people picked the Spurs to win this year, bruh. I know you a Heat fan when the Nets ain't around but c'mon.

:lol::lol:

i love this right here. I'm a Heat fan why cause I'm sticking to a prediction made back in 2010.

I think a lot of people especially people who teams are in the East are salty because they know their team ain't doing shit while Miami is together.

Doesn't bother me. I know the Nets will never win a chip and I still can enjoy my team. I don't need to hold on to shit that happen back to 90s to feel good about my team today like some people do.

Also the people who picked the spurs were hoping experience would win but age wouldn't show.

Also people talk about bandwagon fans. This is basketball.

The Bulls didn't have bandwagon fans? How many white people said fuck the NBA after jordan left. How many Bulls fans became laker fans after he retire?

How many Boston fans had their Boston pride renewed after the big three were formed where were these same fans when Kobe was getting MVP chants the year before in Boston and had record low attendance and Doc Rivers job was in jeopardy./

:lol: People acting like bandwagon fans started when Lebron said "I'm taking my talents to south beach."

Ironic thing about Bandwagon fans same guys saying "The Pacers will win because they play "team ball", "play old school NBA defense" and the o so popular "play the game the right way" have jumped to the Spurs saying the same things.

again I said Miami would win 4 straight in 2010 only thing that could stop them would be the CBA which has actually stop their competition.

Bruh. Game 4 has nothing to do with nothing.

You made a bold prediction, which I respect but your reasoning for it was absurd. If the spurs would have won, then it would have been a bad call on your part.

The fact that you highlight what happen last night make more sense, but talk about a lose after game 4 is completely irrelevant to what happened last night. Like I said earlier I respect your bball post, but your claim on the series being over after game 4 is nothing more than a bold prediction. While it may turn out to be true in the end there is no way you could have predicted the way game 6 turned out.

. Bosh THEN makes contact with the ball AFTER bodying Green pushing him back and altering his shot.
.

Hot got ball and hit body after getting ALL BALL. You can call that a foul but it would be a bullshit foul. He didn't hit body first and then get a hand on the ball. If that would have called a foul there, it would have been worse than the phantom Laimbeer call when he defended Kareem's skyhook in game 6. At least there was a very small amount of contact while Kareem was going up. Bosh got ball first.

where here does Bosh hit him FIRST and then push him and then block the shit. That's not even possible from that angle. He met him perfectly as his peak, blocked the shot super-cleanly and there was contact after the contact. If you call that a foul, you would foul everyone out in the first quarter. That's a good block. and Green fell like that mainly because being pushed from the BALL and his momentum (plus Bosh pushing the ball hard like that) threw his balance off..

On that play Allen was ginobli's man...of course ginobli got tripped up tryna get a board...Parker was lucky to even get there @ all...hours later and I'm still pissed @ how that faggot shitted up the court last nite

Actually. If you watch it over, it wasn't Manu's man. There was a switch. Manu fell trying to get the rebound. Parker was the help defender. It was Green that lost Allen.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

32ppg percentage under 40

By my question is since when has it been cool to shit on 32pts 12 Rebs and 10 assist despite not having a good first 3 quarters?

Don't matter what his stats are he is doing it when it counts

This the reason I was heated about the Cavs owner talking crazy after game 5 against Boston, then again after game 6....dude had like 16 rebounds(rebounding is 80% effort).

I didn't say Lebron wasn't a better player than Melo...

...I said his offensive skills are inferior.

Melo is a bully down low, and .. well, let SA sag off Melo and see how that shit turns out for them.

Melo is simply a more gifted scorer...

...but, reality is, Melo doesn't have it upstairs. He lacks the fire and the intellect, imo.

OKAY I will say the same thing I said after game 4.

this is Miami. a team that hasn't lost back to back games since Jan. Spurs needed to be up 3-1 and Miami to be in a hole to win.

When Miami wins on thursday. This team will have shown the champion composure people swear the Spurs had and would show to dethrone the Heat

People thought Miami was done after going down to Pacers 2-1 last year. Miami was dead after going down 3-2 against boston and people said miami was done after losing game 5.

this team for the last two years has proven what they can do. Spurs needed to win this series quick to have a chance

eewwl, you're wrong fam. You're just wrong. Im literally watching it on a 60inch HD TV and im telling you he got ALL BODY before even touching the ball. I saw it in real time and then went frame by frame to confirm it. It was a BLATANT foul bro.

Green jumped straight up and got hammered.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Lebron played like shit for 3 and a half quarters but it doesn't matter. He lead that comeback. He had two ridiculous back to back turnovers at the end but shit..if he doesn't play hard as hell for the rest of the quarter, it's not a close game anyway. Besides the points, the main thing he gave was energy... the rest of the team followed. It all starts with Lebron...he's got to play like that before the game gets almost out of reach...because they got lucky as hell with Manu fucking up like that. That game is over 99 percent of the time.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Say what you want but this dude kept Miami afloat in the 1st half

Mario-Chalmers.jpg

He kept them in it early.. I like his agressive play...he was the only one not scared to attack the basket in the first half.

Actually..he was slightly fading back and pushed the ball damn near into Bosh's hand - which pushed him away.

1. You don't call that...
2. You don't call that...
3. It was slight body contact and then as he pushed the ball into Bosh's hand he fell back.

Finally - Spurs got a couple of calls that were blatantly crazy. Example - anytime Tony Parker was in the post against Lebron or anyone else. Dude was selling it everytime. I peep it now. He doesn't go hard all the time - sometimes its just rubbing the back of the head - then sometimes its the elbow to the face followed by a prolonged rest on the floor.

Spurs deserved the game. Spurs are actually younger than the heat minus Parker, Duncan and Manu. Spurs have the better squad. Better role players, better bench, better shooters.

Killa. Stop it. You just got lucky with the guess. This game was over last night. The damn heat fans were leaving the arena. Miami got lucky and sometimes it takes luck with anything in life. Plus Manu did his part.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Actually..he was slightly fading back and pushed the ball damn near into Bosh's hand - which pushed him away.

It was more of him being off balance trying to fade to get the shot off PLUS Bosh pushing the ball back hard as hell that made Green fall.. more than any of the minir contact from Bosh (they connected at the hip but at that point Bosh already was all over the ball). You can see the still shots and then gif in this thread. Real-time can be really deceptive.

I thought I would never accuse a dude of literally taking that team shit and trust too damn far.....

Dudes beast mode meter is faulty....he waits too damn late....

Lebron in the last 2 (minus the 3) was terrible. even these words seem harsh. overall it was a good game. i didnt watch the entire game, but the last 5 minutes was great television.

Im telling you waht i saw in real time and then confirmed on frame by frame views from two angles and you show me a 1.2speed gif and ask for interpretation?? Come on man. :smh:

And even looking at that its clear that Green jumps vertical, Bosh lunges, gets body, then ball. Period. We just have to disagree there. But when you get stationary and can see it as i can you will be back to say im right.

Actually..he was slightly fading back and pushed the ball damn near into Bosh's hand - which pushed him away.

Nah, it wasnt slightly faded away at all. If anything it may have been a lateral motion but not north and south at all by Green. He went vertical and Bosh had momentum coming at him, bodied him, then got ball. And that was a blatant foul that should get called. The buzzer doesnt mean anything goes my man. Questionable or incidental contact yes, but blatant hacks, NO!

And miss me with all the other talk of missed calls and whistles. That went both ways. Im talking about Boshes back. Nothing else.

I get what you are saying, but no one here even thought about the spurs winning 3 straight at home. I thought it was understood that they would need to win 2 In Miami.

Even if the spurs would have won 2 in a row at home and lost one it still wouldn't have mattered because it was coming back Miami.

Everything you said I have no disagreement with what you said. Miami has shown in the past to prevail.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

And even looking at that its clear that Green jumps vertical, Bosh lunges, gets body, then ball. Period. We just have to disagree there.
.

Green didn't jump vertical though. He was fading because Bosh was coming at him. Bosh lunges and wrap his hands around the ball, pushes the ball, and they hit at the hip. It's right there man. Unless you are saying that GIF was shopped.

I was watching the game live too just like you were and there are a million clips online to rewatch it.

Now you can say there was a foul after the block because of the contact at the hip but there is no fucking way to say Bosh fouled him BEFORE he blocked the shot....unless you are claiming him pushed him with his off right hand? but when you look at it from multiple angles, you can see he didnt push with that right hand...

but fuck it..no reason to keep arguing it... we're just seeing two different things. I think that incidental contact after the block. I just don't see the foul BEFORE the block. We can agree to disagree like you said.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Spurs shouldn't even bitch about the last call on that Green shot because they deserve to lose. :smh:

killa, you're normally a reasonable guy but you're sounding like a clown bro. You're trolling or being a asshole for the fuck of it but you're tripping hard.

That wasn't just one of those epic comeback where one team just melted down (like when Golden St. had that meltdown against San Antonio). That was literally ONE player keeping Miami in the game the entire game and then spearheaded the comeback in the 4th and turning the ball over back to back killing the Spurs chances to win.

I've never seen on player fuck up their team like that.... manu had a career high turnovers man..he had 8 fucking turnovers man... and key turnovers...:smh:

Heat did what they needed to do at the end but Manu gift-wrapped that win for them and everyone though that game was over... shit..if Pop doesnt sit Duncan the game is still over despite Manu's fuck ups... Miami had that old Celtic lucky charm shit on their side last night..

even Killa came into this thread and said he fucked up..SA won..his bad.... and then the freak ending occurred.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Killa, Heat ain't winning 4 in a row bruh. Wade's deteriorating knees, Bosh's inconsistent play will stop that. The Heat are not unbeatable. Hell Manu is the only reason the Spurs aren't holding up that trophy right now.

The Heat might get that ring on Thursday but this is not the 90's and they are not the Bulls.

As far as parity goes, once the Big 3 of the Heat dissipates you might see a little bit of parity in the league.
