~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - The Miami Heat wins!

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Miami showed a lot of heart last night.

NO ONE can tell me they thought that game was going to overtime.

Shit, I had actually started feeling bad for Lebron, 'cause I knew Skip Bayless, and every other media talking-head who hated Lebron were overcome with glee.

Lebron came up big in the 4th.

But, it was definitely more about the combined effort of a few Heat players, than any one player. Ray Allen doesn't hit that three, or Bosh doesn't get those key blocks, and it may have been curtains.

Niggas clown Bosh, but homie manned the fuck up.

That contact on Green was easily a foul by NBA standards. He blocked the shot, but there was clearly a bump of dude's body prior to that. Didn't expect the refs to decide the FINALS with a whistle, tho'. Doesn't bother me. It would've sucked for the Finals to have possibly ended because of FTs.

Ultimately, there will be a game 7.

We will find out just how resilient SA is. Miami, too. Let's not act like Miami didn't have to dig DEEP. Inkosi's head band came off, and homie aged twenty years right before my eyes.

Pop needed his ass whipped for some of his decisions down the stretch, tho'.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

All I can say is "That damned Jesus!"

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

....and Lebron fans...

...you niggas need to chill. Dude came up as small as he came up big in the 4th quarter.

Not to mention, I doubt anyone sees dude as a 'super hero' anymore, accept his fans.

I admitted on more than one occasion over the past few years that dude was better than Kobe...

...and even though he uses his skills more intelligently, dude flaws have been majorly exposed.

That nigga ain't no fuckin' Mike. Lebron MAYBE Mike from the early 80s. A bunch of empty stat padding.

His offensive game is too incomplete. Dude is either driving to the rack, or scoring in transition. Nigga don't get the intense defensive attention on the perimeter like Mike, or even Kobe, and he's still been ass his entire career in the Finals outside the paint

HOW?

They give this niggas jumpers!

just sayin

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

what's the debate? All we heard about the Spurs is. This isn't OKC, This isn't the Pacers. Championship composure.

Well what happen. You have the lead and your missing free throws. question Manu and Lenard make their free throws is the game over????

I saw a team late in the game that only had to make their free throws and they are bathing in champagne.

Instead they get to watch the Heat celebrate two days from now

Killa,

You didn't watch the game. Your assessments is way off man..way off. The spurs played well. MANU fucked them up and Pop fucked them up by keeping Manu in the game. If Manu is not out there, the Spurs win by double digits and I do recall you coming in this very thread during the 4th saying that you were wrong and the spurs won it.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

BeatDownRecords, whats LBJ's PPG and FG% in close out Games?

U didnt Answer my question...

because I know for a Fact that your "Lebron has the highest point average in closeout game history" is BULLSHIT.

:lol::lol:

I'll Wait.. ..

Btw, none of those games of Mike were Closeout games.. . .

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Bosh is lucky the refs didnt have the balls to call that.

Got ALL balll on the shot and then made contact with the body. I hate to be make this a laker thing but they're the only team Ive seen get that kind of call in a game 6 of the finals (twice against my pistons in the 80s)... refs absolutely can't call that a foul. they probably never call that a foul in any portion of the came but to call at the end of overtime would have been crazy..

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Not until I saw Lebron in these Finals did I realize how silly it was to compare but a very, very small no. of all-time greats to him.

I've closed the book on Kobe's legacy and place in history.

Lebron's is being written, but my perception changed drastically this Finals. It confirmed what I've thought, it confirmed what I thought about him since he came into the league, but couldn't get a conclusive answer for.

MJ, while not perfect - no player was - has no equal. At least not from any player since his retirement. Sure, they are all very, very talented, too - and will leave their own imprint on the NBA...

...but, you can't teach the intangibles that Jordan had, that I feel put him over the top.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Real spit...

...it was like dude aged twenty years on me.

I've never been one to give fashion tips to another man...

...but, Lebron need to put that shit back on. Forever.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Miami Heat Fans Leave Game 6 Early and Miss Team's OT Win

Miami Heat fans have developed a reputation recently of not being the most faithful to their team.

Tuesday night could not have proven that point any more.

There was a mass exodus of Heat fans at AmericanAirlines Arena down the stretch in Game 6 on Tuesday. You know, the same Game 6 that saw the Heat come from behind in the fourth quarter. The same Game 6 that saw Ray Allen force overtime with a three-pointer with five seconds left. The same Game 6 that saw Chris Bosh block Danny Green at the buzzer in overtime.

When fans heard the Heat were mounting a furious comeback, they reportedly begged to be let back into the arena, but weren't allowed to

Bandwagon fans...

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

A couple of things
- The Spurs are master Floppers and Manu and Tony Parker are the worst
- Yeah Lebron is bad - no doubt - but Parker did it everytime. Announcers weren't even calling the flops - ninja was just going down qnd grabbing his head
- Wade needs to ease up on them step back jumpers - he needs to get in the lane and kick
- Miami complains too damn much - man the fuck up
- There was a little on the body - but Bosh got all damn ball against Danny Green at the end

Spurs' bench and Pop act like the Spanish team in the olympics. All those antics make you lose respect for one of the greatest coaches and all around team efforts ever.

Finally
- Somebody get Tracy McGrady some glasses..or some counter-balance contacts

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

The Kobe and Mike stans need to stop nitpicking. Neither one has a Finals triple double to they name. One dimensional scorers who never won without Phil are no comparison. Please stop it!

LeBrons headband game>>>>>> Jordans flu game >>>>>>>>>>any Finals game Kobe had

They were never this good, and their haters were never this mad.

Happy for that cat. Because the media had their articles half-written. He was gonna get murdered by the media. They way he was playing until a few minutes into the 4th combined with it being game 6 on his floor would have been enough for that dude to go into hiding during this offseason.

He should send Manu a really nice gift if Miami goes on to win this series.

Mike would give up the Bobcats to be in LeBrons shoes. We'll never see him post triple doubles and block HOF bigs in the Finals. He was just a scorer, now talk about his points. LoL. Youre the last Kobe fan left, most jumped ship to other bandwagons.

I THINK Miami got this. Let me put it this way: If they show the heart they did late last night, they are too explosive for SA.

I've seen Miami with their back against the wall, and they come out swigin', and they rack up a lot of points in a VERY short period of time.

Not overly impressed with their half-court O...

...but they can get the points on the board, regardless. You take care of the ball, and Miami is beatable. You don't, you'll get ran out of the gym.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Bandwagon fans...

Same thing would have happened in LA...I don't know if I'm going to watch Game 7 or not. Everyone out here is a heat fan...

Just like people talking about Cowboy fans...I mean we haven't won a SB since the 90s. If you still a Cowboy fan at this point..after the all the crap Jerry has pulled...you a REAL fan..

One dimensional? Mike?? Really??? Mike played defense too..or do you not remember when he stripped Malone off the ball took it and pulled up for a jumper..Really?

Man. Don't listen to dude. Jordan was a defensive player of the year along with other things. He knows Jordan as only a scorer is a false narrative.

As usual, you're talking crazy.

I don't even bother talking to you. You're a stone-cold Stan, and have forfeited your good sense, for the privilege to lay at Lebron's feet.

As I said before, Lebron had me duped for YEARS. He put up the numbers, but because I never really watched him play - believe it or not - I took everyone's word for it.

Now having a chance to watch dude play game in and game out...

...dude is as limited offensively as he was when he was drafted.

My cousin and I both said, 'Carmelo has more offensive skill than Lebron'. I still feel that way. Of course, Lebron has intangibles that Melo doesn't.

About all of those assists and rebounds...

...nigga, Mike proved he could do that. Dude decided to let other players do their job, and do the job he was given. But, he's shown many times that, if he needed to play like Lebron, he could do it easily. Not to mention, Big O put up more triple doubles than ANYONE, and he has HOW many rings? Magic put up more triple doubles than Jordan ... but he has more rings?

So, you have no leg to stand on.

I don't even consider Lebron a threat to anything anymore.

That nigga is a lot lamer than I thought he was, AS TALENTED AS HE IS.

Edit: I am biased against niggas who defenders can sag off of and they don't punish them. Then again, if the defense thought they could punish them, they wouldn't sag.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Spurs are fucking done. How can you not foul Ray Allen?

I think that all happened too quickly for him to foul Allen...plus allen stepped back and shot it. A foul might have been a 4 point play

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Straight up gave the the game away.

Two missed free throws in the last minute. Two offensive rebounds in the last minutes that resulted in a 3 while Duncan was mysteriously on the bench. Heat took that shit and deserves the win.

Miami tricked two coaches into pulling their big men out of late game situations this play offs and the heat won because of it.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Nah u niggas celebrate too early then look like fools afterward lmao

Luck? Heat been doing that shit all year

Stay right there chump I got them pics on deck

Punch don't fuck wit you nigga.

Co sign and it will pretty much make Green's 3pt performance this finals irrelevant

Yeah he's a consistent faggit
Yo Beatdown...you notice someone's conveniently missing

No foul on that.

The Manu drive you can make a case but they really wasn't calling fouls for players going 1 on 3 to the paint all night though.

As a Heat fan I am still shock that Pop-a-bitch did this

What is even more shocking is that bosh was in the game, so pop had no reason. I thought the heat had all shooters on the court until I seen bosh grab the rebounds. It truly baffling. I actually expected the spurs to blow a couple of Free throws. Didn't think they would play defense with their anchor on the bench in critical minutes.

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Say what you want but this dude kept Miami afloat in the 1st half

Re: ~~Miami Heat vs San Antonio - 2013 NBA Finals - (Spurs 3 - Miami 2) ~~

Every series, it seems like the opposing coach does something to just give Miami a game. and Pop did it this game. why would you take Duncan out the game, knowing you will need to him rebound, and look what happens, Ray gets an open 3 off of a Heat miss. And then you keep Manu in the game? For what? He is one of the most overrated players of all time. Dude is trash. Norris Cole might be better than him.
