I can see the truth in this article. I don't know about subordinate part but when somebody genuinely smiles it puts you at ease whether its a women or a man. Comedians i think are excellent at this.

I doubt that. Most of the women i know smile back at guys who smile at them. My bf lurks on bgol and something said a while ago has him in a weird state now to where he pays attention to women who say thank you when you open the door for them. And in 2 years he said he's never had a woman NOT say thank you(besides me). He's a tall handsome man. Good teethus. And he smiles, and he says women always smile back at him. Black/whatever.
