I dont think anybody is talking about maturing in the sense of planning for their financial future. And what type of term life plan is right for them. Where talking about things that deal with relationships. Like when you go to a highschool football game and you see the young girls dressed to attract a mate. Or them flirting with guys. Then you look over by the mens bathroom and see guys the same age horse playing and pulling pranks on eachother.
