This isn't entirely true what you are saying. First off, in American culture men of any race initiate most of the relationships. Minus some prearranged relationships that you find in certain cultures, it is the man that chases women. Whether men want this role or not, men tend to initiate. Women simply make themselves available. Whether it is as simple as I am making it sound is debatable. Also, I do understand there are many women that throw themselves at musicians and athletes but that is a different story. Now why did I bring this up? Because men initiate, comparing men to women is futile.
