Nah they wont just 'dump' them, they will probablly sell them for at LEAST $200, which will pay for the new phone with a 2-year contract. That's a pretty good deal.

The sad thing about it is the 4S has less battery life than the iPhone 4. Also battery life depends on the user. I can get 2 days out of my SGS2 with medium use. I get the same out of my iPhone 4. But with heavy use both of them shits are dead in a few hours.

I notice a lot of people that return their SGS2 are on AT&T. AT&T cripple heir Android phones. I have the sprint version and it's fire.

No, with sneakers you're talking about something that is consumed immediately and has no resale value. With phones and cars, it's comparable because they have a 2nd hand market and the fact that one has a better resale value is an indication that it has more features or qualities that most people desire in that product, in apples case, that would be easier to use, better screen, more apps, substantial feel, siri, etc.

Yep, i bought a used I4 for $395 in July. I will sell it for $320 and pick up an I4S for $199 this weekend. When the LTE phones come out, I will sell the I4S for $350 and get one of those for $450:yes:

Apple website has the iPhone 4 and 300 hours of standby time. The iPhone 4S is labled 200 hours of standby time. Now if the standby time is less (that's when the phone is not being used) you know the user time will be less. Damn you dumb fucks don't even read the official site to the specs.

The Samsung phones still keep resale value. Nexus one is still selling for 230.
HTC evo still sells for like 300.

The phones still sale. I think youre comparing wack cheap phones that dont sell after theyve been hyped.
Stroll over to Ebay and check out some android phone prices.
Even the droid still sales for 200.

i could care less who buys what but it's sheepish...iphone is a supposed smart phone yet it had glorified feature phone features palm/rim even winmo and now android all get new features sooner and better than iphone that don't require mortgaging ur car or house or giving blood or not paying child support or buying ur kids clothes yet when apple comes out with rip off items u get claims like "iphone is a true innovator" i was reading an article in pc mag yesterday and this dude was testing out wp7 and was like wp7 is great but i'm going back to iphone and ordered the iphone 4s, not that i needed a 4s but i just felt compelled to buy it... then he took a shot at android... thats a sheep... if someone actually used both and came away with iphone is better i can deal with it but most of the sheep talking have never used an android outside of a store display or if they have they came in expecting it to act like an iphone aka walled garden and limited experience... u hear claims android is a knockoff of iphone yet iphone stole a shit load of android features including the drag down notification... yet go on bgr and u will read that apple's drag down notification is a first of it's kind thing... i mean it's amazing to me how generally stupid/sheepish iphone users r for the most part...

most if not all these reviewers from bgr to engadget to slashgear to gizmodo are iphone sheep... they carefully review things like on bgr he said my phone the droid 3 had horrible battery life...i can average 27 hours on a single charge with normal to heavy usage yet somehow that's horrible battery life then they review apps and will say "android has nothing like this" when surprise suprise it does!... i am not knocking apple if a fool wants to give away money i say take it, it's how business is done...market the hell out of it but a sheep is still a sheep.

Personally, I will still rock my iPhone4 as I cannot upgrade till next March. Even at that, just to get a faster phone, with Siri is not worth it at all :smh:

Go to att&t and compare the phones, you will see that the battery life is just very slightly worse, not by much.
