Well he shouldnt have the automatic defense like he used too, but i could see him still having his other abilities.
I think you're wrong about this fam. The automatic defense is do to his mother's will being put into the sand to protect him. It has nothing to do with Shukaku. This has been said several times during the manga and even as far back as part 1.

What issue was it where Bee's octopus told Naruto he can't use clones while in that fiery form he's in? Because this just doesn't make sense. I was confused.

Naruto just does whatever he wants without listening to any warnings from anyone. Hokage wants him to stay back cuse he's the enemies main goal and he hops out onto the front lines fighting. The Bijuu who would know all about it, tells naruto not to use clones and guess what first thing he does is make a bunch of clones.
What's BAD is that Naruto even said it himself, "i can't do Shadow Clones in this mode". This doesn't make any sense. Maybe the writer is going to say that Naruto is using clones but there's only so many he can do.

Real question is... How does this madara know about Nagato??
Is this some sort of play on Timelines?? Itd be a stretch to say that Nagato was a baby when Madara/Tobi implanted the Rinnegan in him...
Madara also called Nagato a brat... which implies he knew him when he was a kid... just a thought
another thought... Tobi is definitely a back up of sorts of the original Madara... The fact that Madara knows about Nagato means that he survived his battle with Hashirama. And since Nagato was the first thing he thought of when he was revived, that means he was expecting Rinne-Tensei, not Edo Tensei, to revive him. In short, this was probably what Tobi meant when he said that Nagato's Rinne-Tensei was "Supposed to be for me" after he learned of Nagato's betrayal.
Curiously, Madara doesn't look any older than in the flashbacks, either. He looks basically the same as before his battle with Hashirama.
Personally, I'm guessing Tobi is either Madara's younger brother or some kind of advanced clone of Madara. He seems to have all of the original's memories, and also his ambition and hatred. However, he isn't the "true" Madara, which Kabuto just revived.
Personally, I think we all should have seen this coming after Kabuto's heavy hints that Tobi isn't who he claims to be (or at least acknowledged the possibility), and we've all been rightly suspicious of the still-masked Tobi... but now our questions are finally about to be answsered!
How is Kishimoto going to differentiate b/w all of these damn EMS users and doujutsu specialists??
