i tried to tell those stupid people that all the time when i worked in retail. yelling at me ain't going to get you what. i use to love when after all that yelling and screaming at the end they would say "thats why you are not going to get your blessing"hey ma'am i got my blessings when i woke up this morning
Secret to retail, never tell a customer NO, ask them if you can get back to them and come back with a solution or an option.
The judge, I smiled and spoke so eloquently to. Leaned to her assistant and whispered to her all I heard was isshesheshshes...

Venting...my 1st day back to work and 1 hour into my shift and I want to transfer or quit. I love the people I serve but the supervisers SUCK BALLS
