i knew i was getting older when i couldnt function at work properly after being out till 4 or 5 am drinking like i could do in my mid to early 20's.

when i started question all the stupid things i see people wear and do.

Exactly, I've seen interviews where (despite some "colorful language") he speaks with intelligence, insight, and common sense. Here are a few examples...

That dont make you old. That means you just realized that the radio takes 5 songs, plays them 8 times an hour, and throws commercials in between. I am only 23 and I havent listened to the radio since high school.​

I knew I was getting old and out of the loop when I had to move back into my mom's place and realized that my brother had an entirely different dialect than I have. He used words like flows and biddies and spoke real fast. Also, I realized I was getting older when I refused to wear clothing from the decade in which I was born....No colored skinny jeans and high top sneakers for me.:smh:

Damn those interviews are making me want to listen to him but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I still don't feel like I am old(because I am not). I just think people my age and younger are seriously lost. But I haven't had a senior moment yet, like the rest of y'all.
 
You know you're getting old when you can remember an artist's WHOLE career...i.e., think back to when Madonna, Prince, etc. FIRST HIT the radio and video waves...now THEY BOTH ARE TURNING 50 THIS YEAR :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

shit my dvr is full of lawn and garden shows
just bought a john deere lawn tractor after researching the shit out of mowers for a month- dont feel like using the push mower for 3-4 hours when I can be done in 1hour
bout to cancel my cable service since I only watch pbs and limited other shit like DIY and CSPAN

I dont feel older- just feel tired of all the bullshit
