I agree with everything except the we don't buy shit part. We bootleg the fuck out of movies but I bet most of us go to the show to see the good ones. If it's an artist we like, we'll buy the album (e.g. Sade, Prince).

As to the rest, HNIC is on point. If Tariq's shit gets bootlegged a few times he needs to just chalk it up to the game and keep it moving. Especially since he's bootlegged things on here himself.

I think TAriq is wrong. I would not have known about his current endevours had it not been for BGOL. I have introduced several people to him as a result of me being on BGOL. I know for a fact he frequents the board because you can hear the boards influence on his show. I have not seen the movie and I would support it. BGOL, I am surprised he did not have a viewing in his former southern town that was very pivitol in the civil rights struggle.

Man everybody knows Tariq lurks on this board. And like you said BGOL has influenced his podcast amongst other things. All he had to say was "fellas im trying to go to the next level please help a brother out by not bootleggin this one". It still would of gotten bootlegged, but BGOL would of showed there support on a black mans come up.
