Possible Spoiler on the Winner of Tonight's Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber
Advertisements for WWE's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view have been airing on ESPN the past few days and the ads indicate that the WWE Title will be on the line in the RAW Elimination Chamber match and that the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match will decide who faces the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania.
This may mean that the plan has been for the winner of tonight's 30-man Royal Rumble match will choose to compete for the WWE Title at WrestleMania.

Update: WWE Superstar reportedly pulled from more than just the Royal Rumble
According to F4WOnline.com, Gregory "Hurricane" Helms has been pulled from more than just Sunday's Royal Rumble lineup.
At press time, the word was that in addition to being removed from the advertised card for the pay-per-view, Helms will also not be attending television this week.
Helms has been implicated as the primary wrongdoer in an alcohol-fueled incident that led to he and Chris Jericho getting arrested for public intoxication last Wednesday. While most wrestling sources say the entire situation was blown out of proportion, Helms caught a wave of bad press from TMZ-fueled reporting, which initially held that Helms struck Jericho, another man and a woman in a cab prior to running away from the situation.
Reports later clarified that the crowd in the cab was "play wrestling," but the publicity damage had already been done.

More news for tonight's WWE Royal Rumble, Possible surprise entrants, more
-- With five spots unconfirmed for the Royal Rumble, many are assuming there will be at least one surprise entrant in tonight's match, although that had not been confirmed from sources.
Over the past few months, names like Booker T, Edge and Rob Van Dam have all been thrown out, but there has been no clear indication that any of the three is indeed booked for the show. And, as WWE likes to keep surprise entrants hidden from all but a select few employees, if there is a big surprise entrant, odds are strong that much of the WWE lockerroom will be caught just as off guard as fans.
For what it is worth, F4WOnline.com reports that as of this morning, there were key, unadvertised names from both brands unaware of their status for tonight's match. That seems to imply that WWE had not yet ironed down the final 30, meaning that some active talent will be thrown in to fill a portion of the remaining five slots.
Despite not being confirmed, John Morrison has been talking up his potential participation for tonight, while Drew McIntyre also appears to be a likely candidate for the match.
