I thought they had a union. Anyway, if she is based in a state with "employment at-will" laws they don't need a reason to terminate her. I'd be interested in seeing her basis for it being wrongful. The only think I can think of would be if another employee did the exact same thing and was not canned. Sometimes I think attractive women (which she kind of is) feel like they can and do get away with antics that others would be called out on.
