Wrongful Termination

She wasn't fired for twerking she was fired for posting it on social media with their uniform displayed. Everyone fools around at work at downtime only the foolish ones makes it public.
 
I thought they had a union. Anyway, if she is based in a state with "employment at-will" laws they don't need a reason to terminate her. I'd be interested in seeing her basis for it being wrongful. The only think I can think of would be if another employee did the exact same thing and was not canned. Sometimes I think attractive women (which she kind of is) feel like they can and do get away with antics that others would be called out on.
