I never liked WWF. Too cartoonish for me. Give me the old NWA or the Mid-South/UWF stuff 6 days a week and twice on Sunday.

I feel you. NWA (Crockett, Georgia, or Florida) from the 80s is my era and that Mid South shit just blew my mind when I first saw it. But WWF has never been all bad. Even now, WWE still has some good wrestlers and matches.
 
I grew up watching the NWA myself. I remember the first war games match with the Horsemen and the Superpowers was the first match I ever saw. It was great. Wrestling was so great back then.
