It's not that we would have been better off without it, but we would be better off without the ignorance that has turned it into the pile of shit that it is today.

But that ignorance doesn't stem solely from hip hop, rap, or music in general. It's the mentality of a people that has been oppressed, seen some accomplishments, and as a whole feel entitled to some sort of compensation. If Black people can change their mentality of their outcome on life as a society; their outlook on this country; and their role in the community, the shitty music that spawned this thread would cease to exist.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

please, continue posting more...tell u what, how about we race to see who can find more songs? I'll take rap - you take rock/folk/country/jazz or whatever genre u want...would you take me up on that bet?

and honestly this is a stoner track - there are gonna be stoner tracks always have and always will...

but this is BGOL so i expect cats to pull these types of tracks out in comparison to DAILY rap songs being recorded and released about ex, crack, blow, and weed...

I actually changed my mind. I don't give a fuck about rap or the slander against it to participate in this conversation. I'll it's defense or counter arguements to these people that are emotionally invested in the shit. Continue on.
