At Cosco today they had packaged of oxtails that were maybe 2-3 pounds for $47-$50.
I remember when that same pakage may have cost $5.

Again, once the pilgrims get hip, it's a wrap. Oxtail and chicken thighs were at one time affordable.

They are on sale at Acme this week for 99 cent a pound. I grabbed a big pack of thighs and drum sticks.
