Who the fuck are they trying to impress? It is biological fact that women are smaller than men. So why the hell have the basket at the same height as men? All it does is make their game a layups game that is boring and unwatchable. Furthermore, they need to quit dressing like men and find clothes that embellish their feminine features. This is the only way that bullshit league will survive.
 
As the years go by and more girls get into basketball the game will get better
 
Why dont we make the balls smaller for their little hands to palm.
why dont me make the courts shorter so they wont have to run so hard.

Do you really think making the game easier for them would make it more watchable? These chicks got Tits and Ass. Most of them cant dunk even if they wanted to.
 
I didn;t know that......don't they have smaller balls and close FT/Three point line? It would be logical to be less than the men's regulations......no wonder the WNBA sucks so bad

There is a predecedent in volleyball where the women's net is a height that is suitable for them, and their sport is often more entertaining than that of men

Yes they should do all that was mentioned. Shorter court:yes:, smaller ball:yes:, lower rim:yes:. It can't hurt:dunno:. Ultimately personalities will have to get popular and get more dedicated women sport's fans besides the lesbos who support it now:lol:.
 
Womens basketball already has a stigma of being a rest haven for lesbians, only watched by other lesbians or basketball fundamentalists.

On top of that David Stern has done a poor poor job of marketing the WNBA's athletes and personalities or at the very least the drama of their game. I haven't heard shit about the WNBA since that coach pushed Lisa Lesley or who ever that was that got pushed.

I can't watch womens basketball because it lacks the physicality and athleticism of mens basket ball. There is something about an in bounds pass fast break where the finish is an off-the-glass-alley oop dunk.

Not seeing that in the WNBA.
 
No. That would probably do more harm than good, unless that became a universal rule across all levels of organized basketball.
 
Why would you have to change anything when they're playing against EACH other?? As it is, they understand (and execute) the fundamentals of the game better than those rich NBA knuckleheads and also shoot Free Throws (which take only skill and not size) as well or better.

Think about it the current regulations are not bringing in the bodies. It should be tweak to their body frame as the NBA regulations are set to the men's.

My post was far more "useful" than your typically-African, women-hating nonsense. WHY do the WNBA women know (and respect) the game more and consistently shoot Free Throws as well or better than the "superior" NBA men?? Even a caveman like you should be able to answer that.

Then it should be done on all female levels domestically and internationally. That would take time and lobbying but if it wants to make profit it will. Like people said, it can't hurt.

It would speed up the game. I would love to see a chick in short shorts get out on a fast break and dunk on a 9ft rim with flair. Chicks in the 5'9 range and up who are good leapers would be able to pull off an occasional dunk. Imagine a 6'5 chick drop stepping her defender and hang on the rim with puss in face of the weak side defender:D. Gives new meaning to facial:D.

Uniform change would be great atleast. Shorter shorts like the volleyball players.

The USA should never have tolerated the creation of FIBA to regulate its own game any more than Europeans and FIFA would tolerate the US regulating the rules of football. The Europeans have created a bullshit sport which has little resemblance to basketball, in which ponderous flat footed Europeans do nothing but line up at the 3 point line and launch 3s. The year the US lost to Italy in the Olypmics, the Italians score 66 of their 99 points from beyond the arc, and that is a fucking travesty.

I am saying the if the US reduces the height to 9' it should mandate that as the World standard.

I can agree with some of the points.. nothing wrong with an alley oop.. but why tarnish the womens game like that.... they have some of the best fundamentally sound players.. I find it weird when I watch a NBA game and they say such and such is a good mid range shooter.. damn when I was growing up playing ball that was one of the first things we learned was the mid range shot... funny you put a zone on and players cant hit an outside shot... why because they are too much dunk or get to the rim happy.. reason why I am a Duncan fan.. dude is fundamentally sound and gets it done...

Will the Americans (WNBA and others) agree? Sometimes it seems that they are on a mission to prove that there is no difference between men and women.
 
Yup. They definitely need to start wearing uniforms similar to their Olympic Australian counterparts or female volleyball type of uniforms. There's nothing feminine about the sport unlike female, volleyball, etc. They have to give something appealing. To many dykes. The women dress and act like dudes. That lingerie league looks interesting - Whoever started that is a genius:yes:

I got on women's volleyball when I was in Iniversity in Africa. I loved to watch women in tight short jumping up and down, and often who won is irrelevant because I felt like a winner for being a spectator.
