LOL, it's them too. They hate blacks just like Chicanos hate blacks. Yeah yeah, you're gonna get about a dozen that don't hate blacks as opposed to the rest of them that don't want shit to do with us. In some cases the border brothers are worse than the Chicanos because some of them have never seen black people in their life, let alone an black American. So all of that shit they see on their T.V. stations about black people being lowlifes, they take those same stereotypes from down there and bring that same shit up here to our neighborhoods. you may be right, but from my experiences their humble and a happy people now that their over here.
I think it's just human nature to avoid and/or ignore the truth/solution to an issue because when you know what must be done, failure to take action shows that you are nothing more than an instigator. At that point you can no longer use your ignorance as a reason why you are not hitting the streets and making a difference. That's why most so called Black Militants/Uplifters/Knowledge Professors (and I use all those terms loosely) choose to front like they don't see the solution because they know once they recieve it everyone is going to expect them to act upon it. But action is not in their vocabulary...that's too much work...they'll rather sit and moan and let other people do the dirty work. Which is actually good for everyone because we don't need anymore people going around spewing Pro-Black or Pro-Anything bullshit if it ain't Pro-Peace or Pro-Coexistance.

Sure I do and I stand by what I said wholeheartedly. But I'm having trouble figuring out how my hiring practices correlate to the fact that racial generalization based hatred is idiotic and hypocritical in most circumstances. If you're assuming that I hate the individuals who I don't hire for the sake of your argument then you are completely and utterly wrong. Lastly, what's good for business might not always be what's 100% morally correct because the overall goal is to make money. Obviously you don't want to step on too many toes but you still have to do somethings that might not be 100% correct in order to provide for your family and all your employee's too.

Either you didn't comprehend my post you quoted or you don't understand the meaning of the word hatred. You see, in a perfect world employers should be able to hire individuals with crazy hairstyles, tons of piercings, and tattoos but those things may be offense to others and it can possibly cost you a deal. Now the whole reason to get into business is to make money so why would you do something counterproductive to that goal? That's why employees need to be transparent aka corporate so that no one can be offended by their appearance.
This really comes into play when you start doing international deals where things such as grabbing a business card and putting it in your pocket in greatly offend someone. My actions aren't because I hate people, it's because people hate other people which can end up costing me and my employee's our way of life. Just because I deny someone employment in my company doesn't mean I dislike them, it just means that they aren't the right material for the position. It's like how I wouldn't hire a White guy from Bel Air that dresses in Cardigans to sell CDs at an Urban Music Store. That's not racism at all, it's smart business.

I agree with your comments b/c when "Hispanics" come here they go to black neighborhoods for the most part b/c white people won't allow it. Why should they protest for rights when we do it and like you said "they" directly benefit from it? "We" need to start working together b/c integration isn't going to happen in this country. I still believe in freedom for all people and that we shouldn't do anything that impedes on someone else's ability to be free but in business you can't be sucessful without having to dip into that grey area just a tad, why? Because it's not a perfect world and we have to adapt to it. I'm not saying that you can go and rob someone or do something completely out of line and hurtful to someone to get where you wanna be. For instance, if someone is racist but wants to place an order with me I'm not going to send a Black dude to his office for shits and giggles...my children have to eat (metaphor). Well he said he has an issue with them coming over here reaping the benefits of the Civil Rights Movement so in essence he would like for them to start from the bottom like we once did...that is oppression. First of all let me define oppression (The act of oppressing; arbitrary and cruel exercise of power). I’m not calling for the oppression of anyone I just want black people to work more as a unit. The old saying goes, “united we stand, divided we fall” but you are taking my comments out of context. They are benefiting from what black people (past and present) has done b/c half of them are not even citizens. Also, they are considered minorities just like black people but how can you be considered an American citizen when you are a foreigner. Do you think England or for that matter Mexico is going to let you enjoy the same rights and freedoms as their citizens when you are a foreigner? Mexico enforce their borders more than the USA and then they tell us not to enforce ours.
