So I got the brand you recommended in the post on Tuesday.

The one I got was the black Maca root. Let me start off by saying, the taste was absolutely horrible. It's more bitter than hemp protein.

I was going to initially mix it with my smoothie but of course my nutribullet decided to have issues that day. So I consumed it with some ginger tea to try and alleviate the taste. Still pretty bitter but not as bad by itself.

I took the Maca root powder at around 2pm. Had a hook up with a "laaaay-Dee" later on that night. Wow, that shit really works. I was going strong for hours. It's still working two days later. I did take a high dosage to be fair (6-8 teaspoons) but it definitely works.

I'll give it a few more weeks to see if it helps with my work outs but so far, it has proven itself in the bedroom.
