More than that, his 'not guilty' verdict came after most of the clear evidence (proof) against him was struck from presentation. 1. My cousin & his now ex-wife were on the outs, and he did like before when shit got bad and went to his folks house until shit cooled off. Now she's thinking he's cheating on her (he was, but she didn't know for sure), and he comes home to have her pull a butcher knife on him. She's got him hemmed up in a corner and jabbing at him, and riling herself up more & more, so he knows sooner or later she's gonna gut him. Well she turns her head because she thinks she heard the door open (about time for the kids to get home from school) and he punches her in the head and steps over her as she's falling, and runs out the door passing her daughter on the way. (I know all of this to be true because me, him and his brothers were all at his folks house drinking and talking shit the night before, and I was over there when he came running back over there that afternoon, as well as when the cops came over looking for him for domestic battery. Yeah, she called the cops on cuz. But she didn't tell them the part about pulling the knife on him.

I guess he shoulda let her stab him instead of hitting her and breaking out, because men don't hit women. Ever.

2. I grew up with my father in the house, and he never hit my mother. He also told me men don't hit women. But my mom pulled me to the side one day after this "female" called herself hitting me, and told me, "If she's man enough to hit you, knock her out like she's a man."
