If I found out that one of my students was a prostitute (and I am sure that some are), Id report the situation to the appropriate authorities (counselors, CPS, or ect).

I am not condoning the punch from the cop, nor am I condemning him for it. He reacted, not using the best judgement, but he could've made it much, MUCH worse. He did not. He was patient, and really trying not to hurt her, even after she bit him. You Einstiens keep saying he should have restrained her properly. She was struggling as much as she could. He had to be careful not to break arm, because apparently the pain of having her arm twisted to the middle of her back, didn't matter much to her. She continued to struggle.

If an individual has an expired parking meter, is a cop entitled on his whim to arrest someone? Then, if the person objects at all, to bootstrap up to a felony - resisting arrest? Such circular logic bellongs only in a communist police state.
