Matches the specs of the hp elite x3? I have searched and I cannot find anything. A few has some of the specs but not all of my must haves.

I am looking to upgrade this year and I am strongly considering going back to Android platform. I would have jumped back in last year if Samsung didn't fuck up the Note 7. As I see it, my options are either buy the aforementioned HP, Android equivalent, or wait on the Surface Phone. I never had a problem with apps on the Windows platform so the ecosystem is not a big draw but I like to have good hardware with great phone features.

My next phone must have features:
Dual Sim, I need to support one line for work and personal simultaneously.
Qi Wireless Charging
At least 5.7in screen
Iris and/or fingerprint scanner

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is probably your best bet. I don't think it has wireless charging. But it hits all else

I saw this one on Amazon but it doesn't have wireless charging either. Did android abandoned wireless charging?

I'd wait for the Note 8. Samsung will not make the same mistake twice.
Wireless charging is up to phone manufacturer. Android supports it.

You mean the same mistake the third time. They still didn't fix it after the recall. I won't be in line for the first batch but I will keep my eye out for it.

I broke a phone between upgrades. I had a dual sim Blu phone that worked very well.

Cool, which model? Does it have the following:
Qi Wireless Charging, At least 5.7in screen, Iris and/or fingerprint scanner.

Also, did it had two individual sims plus a separate slot for SD expansion?
