Yeah, I remember when my mother caught her neighbor stealing cable from her back in the day.

Lame nigga next door spliced into our cable line and ran the wire to his house. We caught it pretty quickly cause the picture had a lot of static in it and we called the cable company and they found the splice.

At least dude didn't run up her bill by stealing water or electric. My mother just told me to leave it alone and not confront the dude.

Because it's not free in many places and the cost for a large household can be over $200 per month. Especially if there is a washing machine in the house.
