What unpopular opinions do you have? Hip-Hop/Rap edition

Eazy E had one of the best voices in Hip Hop history......., it was almost perfect.

Let him help his sqoze between two books faced ass out! All he mentioned lived and participated throughout decades longer than any current rap babbler has been alive. Next, Jadakiss is top 10 (maybe 5) for life so he can speak on anything rap related, and would kill ANY current rapper. There is no rapper then or now that wouldn’t fear Jada in a battle. Next, most current rappers are trash. They survive off beats. They are have OPs, make the same hand gestures and poses, talk about the same watch, shoes, cars and women. This generation is being outdone by AI. Most importantly, social media made whack rappers as popular as whack podcasters like this week, banana-faced bitch.

 :roflmao:

......man, & I have not heard one anti-Frat song since then from those not in a frat (the movie School Daze, not included)
It was wild! When Luke decided to do this, I mentioned throwing some white frats in the song, but we didn't know any. So, Luke brought in these 2 white kids to give us some names. When this shit came out, and we hit the road and played college shows, dudes wanted to fight. The white kids didn't, they were just happy to hear the name of their soro and frat in a song. The Black frats, they were not feeling it. It wasn't on all campuses, but it was more than a few.

:roflmao: .....that's a GOAT'd story, man. You're havin' me crackin' up. I always love little known stories like these: hey, man...why did Luke even do the song in the first place? It seems so random; I know he had a solid reason, though.

One night, Mr. Mixx was working on some tracks for my album and theirs. He had a VHS tape of "School Daze" in the VCR, looking for a phrase to sample. While the movie was playing, Luke goes, "You know what? We should make a fraternity record saying fuck all the frats! When we do the song live, we can have a frat battle. That shit would be live!". That's how that song came about.

Man, it's Spike Lee's fault ....

I would have never guessed that one. I would have thought Luke would have seen "Doin' the Butt" by EU and said "let's do another doin' the butt song like EU but for the Black College folks." Nahhhhh....Luke went right to the Frats... Man, you can't make this shat up!

I think you're at a writing-a-book-level about your hip hip experiences, bruh. Don't let these stories die with you...we need them.
