I remember that shit well, he tried to pretend like he was some real hood white boy from a tough neighborhood and shit, fucker got exposed when they found out he was from the suburbs..Shit was hilarious back then..:lol::lol::lol:

didnt that fucker claim he was from Miami, and he's really from dallas?

IIRC, it wasn't Arsenio who exposed him. There was this brother that worked for the Dallas Morning News that interviewed him first about his past, and Ice came with all of these tales of grandeur. Afterwards, he asked about the holes in his back story. After that, it was a wrap. I remember this white reporter asking the brother why he did that to Ice, and he said, "I didn't do anything to him. I just simply sat there while he hung himself."

Damn, how old are ya?

Yeah, Vanilla Ice was FLAMED by everybody in rap, because back then if you were WACK you got clowned.

Now, some people in this thread seem to have a hard time understanding that financial success is NO substitute for talent.

I mean, who sold more records in their careers.

Vanilla Ice or Eric B. & Rakim?

Nuff said.

He is one of the reasons Hip-Hop is where it is today. . . . .
