The Benjamin Dixon Show
Crimetown's another good pod from them. Checked out a good portion of the 1st season some years back.

1st season was phenomnal but unforunately havent enjoyed anything since
That’s unfortunate. Sounds like they started out too strong, but less so thereafter.
Have you listened to the Business Wars podcast? I need to get back on that one. Shorter episodes and seasons and enjoyed the ones I was hearing months back. The content quality seemed consistent. My fave was Netflix vs Blockbuster.
nope to me
but looks interesting
will give the Pizza War one a shot
fortunately I been working from home since March but unfortunately my podcast intake has been very limited since i dont commute and dont need white noise of a podcast now that I am home
its tough getting to all the podcasts I enjoy and find myself listening to the same ones
pretty much too much entertainment and not enough hours in the dayAgreed. It’s like a massive smorgasbord these days with podcasts, tv, movies and more. I joke with people it’s like the cereal aisle. Hundreds of choices, when you only want 1 or 2 brands. But in the case of podcasts, there are thousands of great ones. And with TV, there are hundreds worth your time. I like to play the podcasts at 1.5x playback speed just to get through them faster.
pretty much too much entertainment and not enough hours in the day
i play at 1.5X as well and there are a shitload of podcasts I need to get to or finish. But honestly i know there arent enough hours in the day where i can spend that much time listening to ppl talk.
i would listen to a few when on a long walk or when i take my dog out, but its starting to get cold...
and if I am at home with tv, netflix, hbo max, hulu, etc...them podcasts can wait
Yeah I'm late to the game with podcasts. So BGOL FAM what podcasts do you listen to? I'm looking to add to the list.
this is really good- To Live and Die in LA
this is really good
this is really good

I fucks with Kel
sound like a good dude and not afraid to lead with his heart
alot of his hot takes are understandable but he keeps losing them bets
its weird listening to some podcasts and feeling like you really know the podcasters
Yeah - they're good dudes. Always a good laugh when you know Kel's take is gonna upset Andreas, and he'll come in afterward with the serious voice of reason, haha. Props to Kel on getting in with ESPN. Like you said - Kel's real with it and his self-deprecating humor is a great character trait.
real talk I am happy for his come up
but he lucky he aint on ESPN main radar
he be talking mad reckless and bout politics. ESPN is all about stick to Sports (Jemele Hill, Dan and Micheal Smith)...even Jalen choices his words carefully and keeps his hottest takes for the podcast (its not suprising Jalen doesnt pop up on Get Up that much anymore)
dont think his bosses would be to happy with him talking bout its on sight with Jason Whitlock...but like i said i fucks with dude, he lead with his heart and what real black man wouldnt want to fight Whitlock
this is really good
