Saw this a few years back. He has a few vids of doing that with police stations. There's some brothers too doing them as well I saw. They were standing outside the gates and cops come up to them telling them they can't and was spitting law back at them with statutes that made them look dumb, but some were really aggressive trying to arrest them

Nah as long as you know statues etc you can question them. I've heard about lawyers doing this if they get pulled over or if they feel like a police officer is harassing their client. You can question them to the point it makes them unable to testify in court because if questionable on duty activities
