Regular price is usually $299.99. From what I've read, the Easystore devices come with a WD Red series drive inside which are more heavy duty and reliable.

You can trust Seagate if you want to but I will never trust them again. Also just as an fyi, the WD Red series drives are their high end drives typically used for NAS devices. The drives you usually see on the lower end externals are regular hard drives that aren't as reliable when left on 24/7
