WESLEY SNIPES HAS A MESSAGE FOR BGOL

He sucked in Alita because he had nothing to do in the movie. All,he basically did was walk around in the same two rooms and that's about it.

Me personally,I think he'll do a good job as Blade.

With that said,if Wesley doesn't have a cameo in the movie. I think Disney will catch major hell for not having him in the movie, especially when it was him that set the foundation for the modern day superhero movies and the cinematic universe for Marvel Studios.

No way,you leave Wesley out in the reboot...

The thing,I dont like is folks bringing up what happened behind the scenes, during Blade:Trinity to shit on Wesley Snipes....

^^^^^^

Shit I thought he burned them bridges already which was why he got replaced lol?

There was no bridge for him to burn back then because Marvel Studios didn't exist. The irony in all of this is the fact that the success of Blade greenlit Spiderman and other Marvel properties and planted the seed for the creation of Marvel Studios.

He singlehandedly started this whole current superhero movie craze. You can argue someone would've eventually done it but he was first. Not Sony. Not Fox.

Amenta Productions (whatever his prod. co. name is)

He was trying to do Black Panther for like 12 years and he finally said fuck it, what other characters yall got I can do?

They gave him Blade. C lister that didn't even have a book at the time.

He took it and made it his. 2nd movie added the white boy and vamp gang.

3rd movie he was co-starrin in the shit he started.

What he did was show Marvel, Sony, etc. the potential of the properties but because he doesn't own the character, he's on the outside lookin in now.

What the fuck? Yall niggas wanna suck his dick or something?
Blade sucks. I dont want that bullshit in the MCU.

Pay your taxes should be his only message.
Wesley Snipes was acquitted of tax fraud but was convicted of failure to file taxes, in a Florida courtroom Friday. Snipes, 45, who was convicted of three misdemeanor counts of failing to file a tax return, faces up to three years in federal prison.

Wesley made it possible for Marvel to take the "Iron Man" risk.
Wesley is also notorious for being trash to work with.

Both things can be true and root for both "sides"

Mahershala Ali can act and will match the swag of Blade. The real issue is his ability to do the physical scenes and how much the bloodiness of Blade will be watered down to fit into the MCU now.

Blade is gonna separate from the MCU

No he's not... If Feige introduced him he's in the MCU (actually Phase 5)

They are basically setting up the a MCU Film version of The Midnight Sons (Marvel Supernatural Team) Dr. Strange - Blade - Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze)?

and a MCU TV version (Hulu) Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) - Hellstorm

No 150 with Wesley?
Dude, the shit would easily do that shit as part of the MCU I think.

I mean if its PG13 yeah it would but at the same time it will do that with whoever they get to play Blade. If its R Rated......that's a different beast.

I'm not talking about in Marvel I'm talking about Hollywood in general. Wesley right or wrong has burned some bridges. He probably doesn't take no shit. Rightfully so. But if you not gonna play their game you better make your own films and he hasn't done that. Not faulting Wesley for none of this but he has that "tag" on him. If it ain't straight to red box its a Spike or Fuqua film he's done and for some reason he's not doing more of them.

He did make Blade his and he'll go down in history for that. I'm not sure at the time if anyone else could've done that.

u making my point 4 me...thats why they think they can shit on wesley ...

n u crazy u think a wes led blade doing less than 150 ...

but this is pointless cuz it will never happen...so why argue the point ...lol

When has a Wesley or Blade movie ever done 150 million? I could see it.....but not because of Wesley just because of the character.

Exactly. How can it possibly be separate

Oh Wes is pissed trust, he got shafted twice by Marvel on BP and now this. Dammit after all this time Marvel is reviving Blade with a $200 Million+ budget and remember he was just in talks last year to bring him back.

Don’t burn bridges good move on his behalf

He has nothing to gain by shitting on the new guy and plus a kind gesture can go a long way, who knows the people over at marvel might see that and be like “hey snipes seems like a nice guy maybe we can give him a cameo appearance or put him in one of our other movies”

Regarding Ali and fighting background, consider:
-Evans as Capt. America (watched Winter Soldier the other week and those fight sequences were fucking amazing).
-Keanu as Neo & John Wick
-Chadwick & Michael B. Jordan...BP
-Michael B. Jordan in Creed.

Wesley’s fighting style in Blade had his own signature flare and inflections like Bruce Lee had his. Blade was a large mixture of fight styles.

Regarding Wesley not being cast, I hate it but also not surprised. I’d hope they bring him in on training and production. There’s no telling which route they will go with the character. The Midnight Son’s angle is good. They can also introduce a whole host of Black characters since BP, Luke Cage, Falcon, Photon, and Blade already exist in the MCU. Hopefully they find ways to link to previous Blade movies.

Failure to file your taxes is NOT PAYING YOUR TAXES.

He wasn't convicted of tax fraud because he didn't lie on his tax return.
You cannot lie or defraud on something you never attested to or filed.
