What the NFL or ESPN needs to do is buy up properties in the major cities for people to stay at and avoid the hotels altogether. This is what black lives matter got into trouble with is having houses all over the place and not buying office spaces and staying at hotels

Many of these hotels are owned by foreign nationals with alterior motives, resulting in players being in rooms that are under surveillance. This surveillance may be used to set them up for another scheme. I was under surveillance for a while and they used it to stage a car accident meant to kill me.

I know people came down hard on Black Lives Matter for owning property in various cities but this is a smart move. Then we find out that they were being infiltrated by the FBI. Foreign Intelligence services are going after influencers hard, setting up extensive operations. The days of staying at Motel 6 are over with.

If I recall, this was posted earlier in the thread and that OP stated that this was their interaction with Irving minutes before he went upstairs and in turn it would have been seconds/minutes before the alleged incident would have occurred.

It was originally posted as proof that Irving was not "drunk" or "belligerent" and appeared to be "coherent" and "acting normally."

I think that's Michael Irvin's personality trait relative to being "Touchy".
If you ever watched Steven A's "First Take" on ESPN you'll see Michael Irvin, Ryan Clark and Dan Orlovsky oft times appear together as guest analyst.
You'll notice that when Michael Irvin is in a good mood or when he makes an opinion or agree's with an opinion he's always dapping, fist bumping, giving a pound, grabbing their arms or shoulders and hugging them, That's just his nature/personality.
There are a lot of people that are uncomfortable with the touchy type individual even if they know there's no ill intentions behind it.

I've had friends that grab or slap you on the back when they make a joke or were having a good time laughing,
But my only pet peeve is the guy or gal that wants you to participate in a multiple dap off everytime there's a team win or someone says something profound, A mutually agreed opinion or a funny joke.
You'll give them one dap and they'll say to you "Is that's all you got bro ?" then commence to doing 5 to 7 daps in succession.

The end of the video does show him slapping himself in the face as she walks away which they said he did after allegedly telling another employee that the female was bad and he wanted to hit.

Sadly, since there's no way to confirm what was said between the two, I don't see Mike winning a lawsuit against Marriott either based off of this video.

you're right. As I stated before, I stayed at that hotel and left the Monday before the superbowl. Where she was coming from was the front desk area, but the most direct route to the bar would have been to the left of those black and white chairs and go straight into the bar. Plus, why go that way to the bar area and it's right there. On Saturdays and Sundays they do have a "one man band" that sets up where that lil brown chair is located, I maybe can see her walking around if he was there, but otherwise that was intentional. That door actually is the side door and that walkway leads directly to the elevators, he probably was outside with those dudes taking pics and she was waiting on him to come back in. If I'm not mistaken, she would be able to see him come in that door from the check-in station. Looks like a setup to me.
 
They better hope they got something better than that video to show that he did something wrong, cause the video shows a run of the mill interaction between a celeb male and a hotel employee.

...and the fact that Marriot dragged their feet in handing the video over and disobeying the judged order in the process makes them look like they know this.
