6 x 45 plus the bar @ 25 = 295

Too much weight for a guy who shows no muscle or signs he's in shape. He passed out. :smh:

I deadlift 8 plates and I keep a bench behind me to sit and gather myself between sets once I hit 6 plates.

:cool:

i feel you man. i have gotten super dizzy working back and legs.

when ole boy did all that extra after that lift it did him in. lol. he lost all the blood to his brain.... :lol:

most likely those foam plates are 45lbs.
most likely that bar is 45lbs.

45 x 7 = 315lbs.

I live in the gym, that's a 25 lb bar man. But this dude wasn't in great shape to begin with. He had no technique (a must for that much weight) an his buddy was an asshole for laughing at him. This is the type dude that never returns the gym.

Nope. Specialized 45s.

Cool, good to know. Saw some 100 lbs. plates for sale on the net, and figured thats what they would've looked like... But if that was just 315, and dude was dirty R&B sliding like that after, shame, shame :smh:...

That shit must have took a lot out of him!!

Or he may have not been 100%. I remember dealing with a slight head cold once, but felt like I'd be able to go ahead with my normal leg workout. I did ONE warm up set(squats) and racked the bar. I then proceeded to almost keel over sideways into the wall as I bent over to grab some more plates. I was like WTF?? I took my ass straight the fuck home.
:smh: :lol::lol:

Who counts the bar these days? :dunno:
:hmm:

Yo, how many of you guys do clean and jerks? Better yet, how many of you do snatches/cleans?? Wasn't doing it before but I just added it with in the past month and have seen the benefits.
