Yeah often times runners and cyclists are prone to water intoxication.

FYI, coconut water has more potassium and is better than any sports drink out there. In fact sports drinks like Gatorade and Powerade are sweetened with aspartame which is linked to various types of cancers.

Cocounut water is cheaper and healthier. You can also drink coconut water after a heavy night of drinking and your hangovers won't be as bad.

Femme I thought I heard somewhere that coconuts were a natural laxative? Is this true because if it is that could mean trouble for the brother on the go .

Yeah the properties in coconut oil, coconut water and coconut pulp helps improve the digestive system thus improving your bowel movements.

But most people don't have normal bowel movements. You should be eliminating waste 2-3 hours after you eat a meal. Provided that you're eating at least 3 times a day.

Release forms ultimately don't mean much when the activity con be determined to be reckless. Imagine Russuin Roullete with legal waivers....no dice.

I really hope so.In the previous thread I was a little sympathetic to the radio station,
I thought they had no idea this could happen. . How could they be so careless, in fact depending on the waiver if it had alot of details about this
specific thing happening I think they are even more guilty for not having the contestants checked by a medic after.
