oh wow,,, i bought that album with "sweet, sweet love" on it when i was a kid,,, that was a jam,,, so much tight r&b came out in the late 80's that she was kinda slept on,,, hell of a voice on her tho!,,, saw her at a free concert around 1990, right when she started to fall off,,, rip

She was only 48 too There probably won't be any "official" stories out until tomorrow since she wasn't a "big" artist. There are some stories on some blogs but, I'll wait to post something from a real news outlet
