I had aol dsl and now I have comcast. Aol DSL is Verizon DSL. They rent from Verizon meaning you pay for aol and then pay the normal money to Verizon. It pretty much sucks. As far as the comcast thing their customer service is awful but keep calling them and keep demanding credits until your stuff is fixed. Get a new modem if you have too. Alot of times that solves it because they will update equiptment and never tell you.
