Uh, Oh... Batman vs. Superman not looking too good.

Like I said in another post. Knee jerk copycat industry. All they see is dollar signs and they think R rating will get them more money. They MADE a PG 13 movie. But after DEADPOOL's success they gonna release an R version.

FUCK OUTTA HERE

If a G rated superhero movie came out and did a billion I guess they'd go the other way. They are NEVER going to get it. DEADPOOL success has NOTHING to do with an R rating and EVERYTHING to do with a FAITHFUL adaptation, true love for the character from all creators involved, AND NO STUDIO INTERFERENCE. Ryan and co been trying to make this for 12 years. Mufucka read 20 years worth of comics. The guy playing the character KNOWS the character inside and out. The fans pressured the studio into making it so they gave them the money and said "Go do it". And the budget was'nt shit. As Ryan put it their budget was "The cocaine budget for other blockbuster movies".

If DC would just take the time to find the most passionate talent and give them free reign, they could pull off magic like that. Instead they just come with the same old "big names" and churning out lackluster shit, trying to live just off the character name.

I really think these muthafuckas should have Grant Morrison write or co-write these fuckin movies.
:yes::yes::yes:
Bruce Timm
Grant Morrison
Paul Dini
Neil Gaiman
Robert Rodriguez

I'm going to judge for myself. Im not giving no fuccs about anything anybody named McWeeny says about anything in life.

my man!!!!!!!!!!!

:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

but the scary thing in THIS age of fan-dom social media etc...

that man may ACTUALLY have an effect on the box office of a MAJOR franchise's success

NEVER underestimate the overall liability and stupidity of the public my brother.

especially when it concerns social media
hasn't stop the cash cow of the shitville people like to call the transformer series...hell some dudes on this board will be lined up to support the pedo bryan singer when xmen: ivan ooze is released

At least that got garbage ass Goyer off the script he was the one writing them weak ass story lines, mos would have been better without his writing, and Nolan made him look good in the dark Knight trilogy. Goyer took the batman series to shit after the Tim Burton films.

no reviews posted on rotten tomatoes 10 days out. still thinking this is not looking good for the home team.

ticket sales are being fueled by anticipation for the movie but is it all sizzle and no steak?

usually when the studio has a bonafide hit on their hands they screen it and put out the reviews.

10 days out and still nothing.

extra fishy....

The few that found their way online have been nothing but positive.

Damn how did I miss this thread?:confused: Well I'm withholding judgment until I see the film. Zach did an excellent job with the "unfilmable" Watchmen but Man of Steel was really overdone, hopefully Ben's influence will help reel things in. Deadpool's success was a huge boost for comic book films overall, we'll see come the 25th.;)

Doesn't matter what the reviews say, the movie will still make money. They did a good job of advertising it.

yeah where they at?

critics claiming they seen screening previews...

i think Fatman on Batman talked about it too.

honestly it don't matter to me.

I'm gonna see it and they sold out of those unlimited passes in like 24 hours so I ain't alone

I do not know if its gonna be GOOD (although I hope it is)

I would just hate if this movie doesn't break a bunch of records that it will be labeled a flop.

Cause that would be be bullsh*t.

There is REALLY strange vibe for some reason that people WANT to see this movie fail?

I have no idea why that is?
