Tyler Perry is doing his thing

Faggot coon had to throw his name in the mix. It must have burnt his soul to see those BP box office numbers
BP budget = BP $$
Madea budget = Madea $$
Yeah that rant made no sense at all. Black Panther's $200+M budget was more than the budgets of every Madea movie COMBINED!
Maybe Cane had a chance to date Tyler Perry's mama back in the day and is still salty about missing out on that step daddy money... :dunno:

It's not hate to point out he's selling garbage movies and ideals to the community. Not all money is good money.

Understood, but the beauty is there is a lane for both actors/directors like Tyler Perry and Ryan Coogler and Ava Duvernay to all co-exist in.

Let's be honest - there's room for all three of them (and many other black directors) to target their specific audiences and tell their stories.

As much as I dislike Madea, there are black people who identify with it and enjoy it...and, not just black people either.

Let that man make his money, and help other blacks get theirs too.

They need to start shooting movies scenes at black public high schools, HBCU colleges and any other underprivledge schools in there buildings that way they can use the money they get from the movie companies that's shooting the movie to help with funding the schools with supplies and any other things they may need.

And they should also shoot films in Africa where the poor could also benefit

I didnt see why Black Panther had to shoot Victoria waterfalls scenes in Argentina instead of Zambia/Zimbabwe

Say what you want about Tyler Perry and his films but he's creating an environment where black actors, directors and film makers can grow, develop and eventually flourish.

Some people you just can't please, mayne. They say they want Black representation in Hollywood.... this man makes his OWN Hollywood just for black people.... and ninjas STILL ain't happy.

What if i tell you these HBCU schools were all started by a white person?....

Lets compare what Tyler Perry has done in comparison with what his bgol haters have to say?

Tyler Perry build his own empire and empowered Black folk

Bgol haters still typing tough via the interwebs.

Oh boy, the groupie/ fanboy is on guard!!!

I already knew that. But it's mostly black students that attend them. I was saying they can shoot black films at the HBCU schools so that some of the resources can go toward the funding building up the schools. Black high schools as well.

Wonderful, the jobs and different things that he can offer to young blacks if they are down there is even better.I hope some of us just don't sit back, party and do all of that other bullshit that ATL has to offer and let you know who out hustle us for those positions.

At the end of the day, he does own all the rights to his projects and well as the studios that produce his projects. The dude is making a killing. Personally, I never understood why people hate on him so much.

People who hated on Black Panther because of Disney should be giving praise to Perry.

Tyler perry gets on my Nerve once in a while but I respect his hustle

So instead of realizing and celebrating the lengths Coogler and them went to to make sure as many black folks as possible got paid in all aspects of the making this film, y'alls first instinct is to shit on TP?

Black Unity my ass.
