Trumpcare fails again lmbaooo breaking now

How are you gonna post that without posting the first tweet...lol....

I don't think this will work either. They are trying to get it past the 2018 midterms, but 2020 is coming up, I don't think the moderates will go for losing medicaid expansion and the hospitals will probably revolt.

I thought ugk's tweet covered it. I just wanted to share the opportunities to get involved for people who are available tomorrow. (Pretty much everybody should be available for the second action, a few minutes to call your senator if Republican or, if not, a swing Republican to let them know how it affects you or/and that you don't support it.)

My apologizes. Somehow I missed his post. :o:o:o

Because those are the only people who would be affected.

Caring more about seeing people suffer than seeing people live is a sickness.

Eye for an eye will make the world go blind bro. Besides, the people that have invested their time and hearts into this could be made homeless, and they'd still defend the bad Trump decisions.

My first sentence was sarcastic and the second one is right with what you're saying, chastising those who, given the choice, say they would rather gouge an enemy's eye out than cure everybody's blindness. We agree.

So many pundits have said Republicans can't do tax reform without healthcare but I don't see how that's true. There are Republicans in congress who have said they should have done tax reform first.

They certainly want to get one accomplishment before midterms so they definitely won't just wait.

They could make another go at healthcare, I wouldn't rule it out.
They can't do tax reform without taking the taxes from the ACA.

McConnell goes fucking hard no matter what. Shit, dude lost one battle and said fuck it, Ill take up the vote on some old ass house vote from over a year ago.

yet he would not even discuss merrick garland. So who is the most powerful man in America Trump or Mconnell.

this motherfucker is all sorts of evil, but his gangster level is all time in American history, from such a small bitch ass welfare state. just crazy

I suppose that depends on the definition of reform. You're right about true reform but they'll be able to claim a victory and exacerbate some inequality through tax law.

"It will all be more modest," [former senior counsel to the Senate Finance Committee chairman Dean] Zerbe said -- noting for instance, there would be lower tax rates, just not nearly as low as promised. As it is, both lawmakers and Wall Street have been overly optimistic about what can be accomplished this year on the tax front. They're underestimating how long it will take to get real buy-in from key players on something as complex as tax reform. And they've disregarded the difficulty of getting agreement on a key question: Should the cost of the the tax cuts in a reform package be paid for with tax increases elsewhere, and if so, where? At this point, Zerbe can see Republicans opting for a package of tax cuts and other changes that add a trillion dollars or two to deficits in the first decade. While the word "reform" might be used it won't be a full overhaul of the tax system.

Well he ain't that gangsta as he let a Jr senator from Illinois son the fuck out of him as a senator but as a President for 8 years.. McConnell is a perineal loser

sounds nice on the surface, then you realize the fallout isn't limited to his supporters.
Let me preface my remarks by saying you are right.
I believe that minorities will weather the resulting healthcare storm better than White Middle America, forcing them to vote differently in the next election. A future healthcare change could benefit all races across the board. (hopefully some version of a single-payer plan) Unfortunately, the short term fallout will hurt everybody from the upper Middle Class on down to the poverty-stricken.
Perhaps the end game will be worth it.
One hopes.

They are going to pass it.

Sadly, But true! However, this does suggest that what they eventually pass is not going to be close to what they intended. As a matter of fact, I bet you the final product is going to look very similar to what we have now. Prompting the obvious question. What the hell was the point?

whenever someone types lmbaoooooooo or lmaoooooooo imagine the voice of johnny gill say "nayhoooooooooo" like in the beginning of can you stand the rain

Always did wonder how to spell that correctly.

The real question now is where does the GOP Congress go now. They've had healthcare blow up twice. Do they hold tax reform till early next year or roll the dice and wait until after the midterms.
Tax reform doesn't work without fucking up healthcare first.

Can one of these cowards just come out and say "we want to destroy anything that black bastard Obama tried to accomplish". Who has a 7 year head start to come up with something in terms of healthcare, and they still can't make a plan that benefits Americans? I mean, give me a 7 year head start on anything, I'll show up with expert precision.
Black excellence makes cacs cry in anger.
