Trump is officially cornered **Update Follow the money

We'll see but I don't see this blowing up like some people are expecting. I hope I'm wrong.

I don't see it sinking Trump. I see it as sinking people around him. And Trump is setting up the long con. He's now claiming that he's taking responsibility for a payment that he didn't know what made on his behalf. That's obviously a lie, but that's his move. He put Cohen right under the bus. he's literally said "Cohen committed this crime because he wanted to not because I told him to". I'm now thinking (and I thought it would never happen) that Trump actually does want to talk to Mueller. He's going to play the "ignorant" role. If anyone committed collusion or any other crimes, they did them without my knowledge/authorization.

So you also don't believe Ghouliani slipped up. I'm not believing it either. By now we should all have learned not get excited over a shiny dangling objects. Reach for the object and fall into a snake pit.

This is nothing more than an a calculated distraction. They're still playing games. This morning FOX News coverage comments sounded similar to MSNBC. This story was to sway voters, another attempt to minimize the importance of Stormy Daniels sand to promote Trump's narrative. Its a planted story to misdirect the press.

He's been playing the same games all along, character assassinations and misdirection and discredit.

One thing about Trump is he knows how to play the media. Like you said misdirection and discredit, Trump has been excellent at doing that. There is always a method to his madness.

Trump taking responsibility for those payments is nothing more that throwing a dog a bone. The trailer trash that makes up a "huge" portion of Trump's base won't give a rats ass about this.

Stormy is nothing more than an appetizer to the main meal.

Oh. You're talking about the political bait. I'm completely talking about the legal liability right now. I don't think any of that stuff matters to his base. I literally think if Trump was on video shooting someone (as long as the person wasn't a white person that supported the #maga movement), they wouldn't give a shit. That 32% is locked in. He knew that a long time ago.

It does not matter if they lie to the media, only matters under oath.
Wrong. Lying in front of a mass audience opens discoveries, investigations, and more scrutiny on what was already told on oath. It's used against you in a slow roast. It also discredits you in a public opinion and if you had a jury.

This isn't true. Lying to the media can provide the basis for "intent". Even the collusion itself isn't the problem. It's all about intent.. what were you willfully attempting to do. That's why Trump's statements on Fox & Friend were used against him in court that same morning. It provided the basis of intent.

He can't say he just found out if it was paid back over several months. I swear a 5 year old lies better than these folk.

Oh no this isn't the nail that'll seal Trump's coffin, Mueller has those nails. I'm just waiting for Mueller to start hammering.

Man Trump will lie under oath. Trump doesn't give a fuck about an oath. I expect them to nail him like the presidents who went through the impeachment process like Nixon and Clinton on lying.

Remember Trump's words "He's the smartest man in the room." So he won't have any more respect for Mueller than he would have for you or me.

It's going to be very hard to prove a lot of shit. Remember when John Edwards got caught up? He's gonna feign ignorance. We know he's guilty as fuck, but it's gonna be around what they can prove. He'll just blame someone else if his fingerprints aren't on specific transactions. I mean he's burning his "lawyer". I think they'll get him on many things but the Collusion one is going to be very difficult because he always had conduits.

I watched Obamas interview w David letterman on my guest needs no introduction (highly recommend this show) which was recorded I think in January of 17. It's wild to think that homie has very likely known about the lions share of all this bullshit since before the fucking election, and had to exercise discretion and leave the wh with this shit perfectly packaged to get us where we are. Nigga knew the whole time. That Barry O is a cold muhfucka.

Barry even plays nicely with Melania and she was publicly cosigning that birther shit with Trump was doing it. Obama is cold man. He's just letting it play out.

I need to watch that interview.

How could NBC get this story so wrong? That's a massive correction to make. Feds didn't have a wiretap on Cohen, just a log of his phone calls

Giuliani: Trump repaid Cohen for Stormy payment
(CNN)In the wake of Rudy Giuliani's statements about the hush payment made to Stormy Daniels, outgoing Republican Rep. Charlie Dent called for congressional oversight hearings into the matter, suggesting that it would be hypocritical not to hold them.

"I think there is certainly a role for Congress," the Pennsylvania Republican said on CNN's "Newsroom" on Thursday.
"Let's put the shoe on the other foot," Dent said. "If a Democratic president had paid off a porn star to keep quiet while he was president, I suspect we'd have oversight hearings, and I suspect there should be some oversight hearings to get to the bottom of this."
"If a Democratic president had done this, we'd be waving a bloody shirt right now," he said of his Republican House colleagues.

Trump changes his story about Stormy Daniels

On Wednesday night, Giuliani, a member of President Donald Trump's legal team, disclosed that the President had paid back the $130,000 his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, had used to pay for Daniels' silence about an alleged affair. Trump had previously said he was unaware of the payment to the adult film star. On Thursday morning, Trump denied that any of his campaign money was used to reimburse Cohen and said the lawyer was paid via retainer.
Dent said on CNN that he was "not sure" whether the payment amounted to a violation of any laws. The Pennsylvania congressman, a frequent critic of the President, announced in mid-April he would be leaving his office "in the coming weeks."
CNN's Sophie Tatum, Veronica Stracqualursi, Clare Foran and Daniella Diaz contributed to this report.

My Spidey sense tells me they was wiretapping him but this story got out a little too early but they was monitoring him in other ways as you can see
