Triple H - getting a midnight workout, he don't know what it's called

It's a mix of quite a few exercises....

Scarecrows on the way up
Shoulder press at the top
Front shoulder raise on the way down

I'm gonna try this shit today...

Old heads will remember when all the pro wrestlers used to work out at Gold's gym on Desert drive in the A...Used to catch everybody working out overnight....best memory was the Ultimate Warrior, he was pretty strong
Bro i saw Big Show at a gold's gym here in Houston about 2 years ago working out....

I'm 6'2, 235lbs....dude made me feel like a toddler when he stood up next to me

I'm stealing this.
Only thing is the shoulder press BEHIND the neck. I'm not a fan of those as this is a VERY unnatural position for your shoulders to be in.

I'd switch it up and do the shoulder press in the front but yeah i totally agree I'm stealing it and trying it out today when i go do abs/cardio today

Ok so i just did this shit....

It's a kind of clean motion to start, with a press at the top....

BUT

the bitch in that exercise is from the top down back to the start position....that. shit. HURT!

I did it with a 40lb barbell and by the time i got to rep 5 i was damn near dropping the weights back to my lap

This looks like guerilla drills that I used to do in the army with my M16 back in basic training

Ok you don't do this exercise behind the neck because it isn't a natural motion/position for your shoulders to be in. If you look at the machines in the gym that work shoulders they're all positioned the same. Weights are ALWAYS in front of your shoulders.

Your shoulder's joints are built like an O with an upside down U on top of it. When you put the weight behind your neck and do a press you're essentially bending the arms (i guess you could them that) of that U and that leads to shoulder issues. There's a little muscle that's between that O and U, and rubbing that shit between those bones grinds away at that muscle. Grind that muscle enough you get bone on bone.

Bone on bone is NEVER good
