The scene with the fat dude dancing and yelling at the video game.
Then him running from the FBI. The crowd went nuts when the FBI apprehended and speared that fat fuck into the pool. All the mammy shit.
Jazz saying "whaddup my bitches?"
Then doing a break dancing move on his head?
Yeah shit was hella suspect. Thats how white people see us.
It was still very entertaining, but that's hollywood.
WHERE DID I EVER JUSTIFY RASICMSSangria said:ok. since your "black". why in the hell are to quick to justify racism?
I DID HOWEVER SAY THAT WAY MORE BLACK NIGHTCLUBS, WITH BLACK PATRONS, ARE SHOT BY BLACK PEOPLE. MORE OFTEN THAN WHITE SCHOOLS ARE SHOT UP BY WHITE KIDS. AM I LYING

QwietStorm said:When I first saw this thread, I ignored it and thought the person who created it was buggin. But after I saw this ridiculous (aka trash) movie tonight, I completely understand where the OP is coming from. There were unecessary racial undertones throughout the whole movie. There was a lot of unecessary things in this movie, including the overwhelming amount of comedy, but the racial stabs were definitely there. Transformers was my religion when I was a kid, so I know that Jazz was always the hiphop autobot of the crew, but it struck me as a little odd how quickly his sambo role became evident. The very second he showed up, he says "Wuddup lil bitches? This looks like a good place to chill," all the while break dancing his ass off. Why was all of that needed? Yea yea I know the robots studied our lingo through the internet (yawn) but it was clear what kind of person Jazz represented. The police officer in the station got in the kid's face and says "Oh you staring at my piece, huh 50 Cent?" What are you talking about? Then, you had ya man in the army who played the generic latino dude role, speaking spanglish out the ass like he doesn't know how to form a full sentence in one language. Within 10 minutes, he was already told to speak English 3 times by the white boys and Tyrese's bum ass. Again, disrespectful in taste. There was at least 3 references to the Japanese in the movie, in regards to the technology of the Transformers, including when dude put the cell phone in that contraption and said "Those Nokias are fiesty. The Japanese know the way of the sword," or something to that notion. What? Again, I have to ask why? Matter of fact, Jazz reminded me of that super-coon Coltrane in Gears of War. I just don't understand what the point was with all of the subliminal comedy in the movie. I don't feel that it belong in this movie and was almost used as a tool. For what, I don't know, but it just contributed to an overall waste of 2 1/2 hours. I'm glad I didn't get hyped up for another resurfaced franchise. Nothing and nobody ever holds true to its original form these days.
I do have to say one thing, however. To all of the people replying with "Its just a movie, get over it, its all animated, they're just actors, blah blah." I feel the worst for you, because you fail to truly see whats in front of you. Even if the racism is a reach in this particular movie, its still not just a movie. Racism is stronger now than it was during civil rights times, because it is discreet and joked about. A desensitized mind is the worst kind there is.
Nah, fuck that. Coonery. Yeah, some of you up in this thread on that serious blue pill...

people have successfully communicated racism without using "racist" language. damn near everything on fox news is racist. they still follow fcc regulations. they NEVER say ******* or anything of the such. the cracker race has switched the definition of racism into name calling, which is pure fallacy. therefore if your black on the show and say the word "white" they label you racist but at the same time they dont find it racist to bring black guest to grossly generalize and minstrelize blacks.
its only 2007. 15 years ago i could turn on the channel and watch old warner brother cartoons with black face in them
i digress

How the fugg do you not know they ain't complain' or at the very least taking exception to minstrely (or whatever they consider insult) being directed at them? I know from first hand experience many Asians do not like what they see being done with 'their' martial arts. I know from first hand experience. many consider the mofos who "try to 'be' like them" very disrespectful. And no I'm not just talking about black folk.
Please![]()

SO I AM REALLY AMAZED THAT A THREAD WAS STARTED ABOUT A RACIST ROBOT.![]()
WITH ALL THIS BEING SAID ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE MAKING MY POINT ABOUT BLACKS BEING THEIR OWN WORSE ENEMIES. IF WE AS A PEOPLE APPLIED THIS MUCH ENERGY TO ANYTHING POSITIVE THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.
YOU DONT SEE WHITES COMPLAINING, THE JAPANESE, MEXICANS COMPLAINING ALL WHO HAD SHOTS TAKIN AT THEIR RACE IN THE MOVIE.
This is the question I have been waiting to see answered. They don't realize it but they just owned themselves and called themselves niggas.tre2k4 said:Why isnt Optimus Prime accused of being black?

People who liked this movie are the same who buy a fake rolex because it's "sparkley." This movie can best be described as, explosion, explosion, fight, funny moment, explosion, black person yell out a stereotype, explosion, turn the music sad and have a semi emotional scene, , explosion, monologue, end. The movie has no substance, it try's so hard to spark emotion in the same way the same way pearl harbor did, with a lot of slow motion and sad music. Any substance the movie trys to have are made by an Optimus Prime that we barely get to know, in two monologues, one 30 minutes before the end, and one at the end. This movie is full of pointless characters and pointless scenes, like a drawn out scenes in which the Autobots play hide-and-seek in the main characters back yard, am I the only one who finds it absurd that a 3 2 story tall Optimus Prime is standing in a back yard and not a single person notices? There is a brutal scene in which two respected actors disgrace themselves. Toturo and Voight find themselves in a 10 minute long absolutely irrelivant scene where they try and battle a mischievious stereo in the back room of a military base. Lastly I need to say it... the racial undertones are getting annoying. I'm a white guy, but it pains me to see an entire movie with strong white characters and the only 3 black actors are obviously told by Bay to be "black." Shooting out bad one liners like "DAMN!" and "BUST THIS!" Not to mention a sly dirty car salesman who talks about his "Mammy." The one smart black character likes to eat doughnuts, dance, and turns on his friends during interrigation. We wonder what is perpetuating racial stereotypes? In all I can watch the Transformers transform all day, it was cool... but that's all it was, a lot of great special effects held together by a really bad plot that only Michael Bay could sell to us.

As a figure of speech it has a very long history; its Greek name is prosopopoeia. Personification is widely used in poetry and in other art forms. Personification can also be used in English to emphasize a conversational point.

the truth is, whites out of the group you mentioned, "complain" the most. they also "complain" more than blacks.
its odd..... when a white man points out fuckery its called justice. when a black man points out fuckery its called complaining.

All of the whites in the school were stuck up and stupid and the white girls dad was a car thief. The italian dude in sector 7 was the dumbest of all. The boys parents were complete idiots. Oh by the way the way the fat black dude was the only one smart enough to break the code. Its to bad when black people can't see the positive without looking at the negative.
To sum it up the Tyrese called in the airstrikes and figured out which rounds did the damage, also the most important person in the unit. Also took the video footage. Anthony Anderson broke the code that allowed them to defeat the deceptacons. Optimus sounds black and is the leader of the deceptacons. What the hell did the white people in this movie do besides fuck up!!
