I have a 2015 Camry financed through Toyota financial and they recently had a class action lawsuit which they settled because it was proved that they charged minorities higher interest rates than whites. how far south have you been? And yes the plants definitely bring economic oppurtunity, with overtime a person can end up making about 50k/yr...which aint shit in new york but ok in sugar ditch alabama..

Most of the plants have a tiered wage scale starting at $15 to $18 topping out at $23 to $27 after two or three years of employment more if your in maintenance. $45 to $50k a year with out OT. With right market conditions pushing OT, hourly workers can make $80 to $100k, if you want to work that much.

Making that kind of money down south especially in the rural south you're balling. In East Texas you can pay 5k an acre for land throw a trailer on it for say 20k. For 50k or less you can have a nice spread and shit be paid off in a few years. Then on top of that you can have an ag exemption and pay pennies for taxes. Shhhhhh let them up north niggas think they living. Then on top of that you can hunt and fish in your off time.
