I had their service from 2006 to 2015. TMobile was shitty in Florida and even worst in NYC. Been with Verizon since 2015. Verizon and AT&T is way more reliable.
Listen I work for the company and in some areas the signal is spotty….what you need to do is call the T-Mobile Customer service number and tell them your area has bad service and if it’s a heavy residential area they will try to straighten it out quickly. A lot of these telecom companies haven’t been building new towers near new developments in over 15 years because of mergers and changes. T-Mobile is very good in most major cities But in the suburbs things can get slightly spotty.
