this kinda should be criminal
I think this this one was proven to be made upThere's a thread about it and dude looks different in OP's than his actual mugshot.![]()
Don't have to be mandatory. Anybody can get one. Just have to do it in 3 years and no signing of the birth certificate before confirmation.Paternity test is mandatory I don’t care if you’re the virgin Mary. I would have a whole 20 something year old son if I didn’t buy an at-home DNA test. The mom was flabbergasted when I pulled out the swabs. Trust no one.
This dude experienced betrayal by everyone close to him it seems. Who’s to say his relatives didn’t have shit coming to them as well?
Cheating and being a hypocrite has no criminal consequences, but the acts of the two affects others.![]()

^^^^
And those acts can LEAD to criminal acts with serious consequences
You can get a blood test without the mom knowing.I think making it mandatory may be better. You dont want to demand one because no matter the result the man looks like he doesn't trust the woman.
I think maybe if you can decline one?
But even that can lead to the same issues.
if its mandatory and covered by the state and also tests for any hereditary diseases I don't see the issue.
No mother in their right mind is going to refuse to ensure their baby is healthy and safe.
Then the birth certificate is signed and now their is no backing out on child support etc on the grounds of paternity

If you are married, the baby is presumed yours regardless of the birth certificate, but you get three years to contest paternity from my understanding.

Exactly. Can’t be playing certain type of games with people.
it should just be mandatory to end all the bullsh*t. It never ends well.
Vulcan bars
And sadly its completely understandable that these things end in violence. To me that may be ultimate crime of passion. Because not only loving a woman but the mother of your child and your child and potential family. And your extended family.
And the humiliation.
And we not discussing if the child has any health issue from the birth father.
women need to understand paternity stuff is playing with a loaded gun.
I agree it should be mandatory. But since it's not in the government's best interest to do so, here we are having the same conversations.I know. I thought we were discussing if they were change the current system what would be challenges.
most men aren't getting a blood test behind the woman's back. Because if she EVER finds out?
You'd have just been better of getting a divorce or not knowing. TRUST.

All I'm saying is not completely out of reach.
Hell, you can get the tests done and tell mom you just wanted know if there are any potential health issues to look for as the kid gets older.
and again, you don't have tell her anything if you don't want to.
He has the same name as the guy in OP's post and they're both from Detroit.I think this this one was proven to be made up
It’s mandatory for me personally whether the mom knows or not. I wasn’t referencing legally mandated testing.Don't have to be mandatory. Anybody can get one. Just have to do it in 3 years and no signing of the birth certificate before confirmation.
I've told this story before. This happened to a friend of a friend when I was in the military. You can get a blood test without the mom knowing.

Walmart has a paternity test for $15.

Peace of mind. I recommend all men at the very least ordering a DNA paternity test online. Since the mail-in test doesn’t have to be administered in a doctor’s office and not legally binding, it’s a simple swab of the baby cheek saliva and yours then mailed out. I used the same lab the courts use for DNA testing. If I go through the courts, it’s a mandated test and piss off the mother plus possible child support. I avoided it all.
But if you have to do all this?
You already know the truth or you shouldn't have lied down with someone you dont trust THAT much, that you would have to sneak around to do this in the first place.
But do you see this is the issue.Okay I completely understand this.
But I couldn't be with someone or raise a child with them if my doubts were that strong.
But do you see this is the issue.
Women feel like if you want a test that you don't trust them. And the men feel that they trust the woman and don't feel the need for the test.
And that's how one ends up in situations like what this thread's about.
It's a lose lose and someone's gonna end up mad.
Not having unprotected sex is not as simple as it sounds. You make it seem like there are not numerous cases of married couples in the same boat. Are you suggesting that married men should wear condoms? Also, men in long committed relationships who live together with their women go through this as well. It's not realistic to say everybody just need to wear condoms.Of course. But the solution is don't have unprotected sex.
There problem is solved.
And KNOWING all the problems why would you want to?
No one involved in this has clean hands.
Is an orgasm worth 9 months of pregnancy? 18 years of child support? a lifetime of sacrifice?
You're right about the unprotected sex, but many married men are turning up having the same issue.Of course. But the solution is don't have unprotected sex.

Because I understand all the sneaking around and testing etc but that isn't going to "cured" either way.
*honestly if I WAS in that situation? I wouldn't want to know but I would NEED to medically so your right Red.
This is just a messed up situation all around
But it COULD have been avoided.
