The only issue is cross contact. A lotnof ppl don't eat/want pork and if they are using the chicken/fries fryers....I know they aren't taking the X hrs to clean the fryer and change the oil


But if that's the only fryer they use for that then carry on

I remember this one Chinese restaurant here(closed down in 2020),i seen this one Chinese guy who looked like he was in his late 70s walk in the front entrance with a big grocery bag and go straight to the kitchen (had figured that maybe he was one of the cooks).. this guy was stirfrying all kind of vegetables with some shrimp,then he put it in one of their take-home containers and dipped out the back

Kinda funny. There was this papaya fast food restaurant that would fry these particular chicken strips and other chicken products for another company on the low low.. at night you would see the workers using one particular fryer just for that company. I was cool with the workers so they would let me try some of that companies food for free sometimes
